“I am retired from 2 major cable companies and we used booties all the time . I will tell you these are thicker, stronger and easier to put on my size 11 redwing boots.
Now the reason for my purchase... I have a 25x25 chicken coop and when it rains (we are in a forest) I put these on and keep my boots clean. I will soon be ordering the Black Gauntlet nitrile gloves (thanks for the sample set) I do a lot of woodworking and painting with poly and go thru the gloves from harbor freight (junk) but these are very strong and easy to put on and off.”
“As a nurse, finding a good pair of shoes to stand the test of 12 hour shifts mostly on my feet has seemed impossible. I’ve tried Nikes, Adidas, Columbia’s, and even my favorite pair of Ariats. But, I found a pair of OC’s that I immediately fell in love with the minute I tried them on. Kent was informative of the 6-7 pairs of shoes I tried on and patient with me until I found the perfect fit. In addition, he sold me on a pair of extremely comfortable slides to wear to recover after running around all day. Also, pricing is extremely competitive to other big box stores in the Middle Georgia area. Thanks Kent!”

“I have reached the mother load!!! This was my first time coming to this store! I was excited to learn that we were coming to visit and left the store with a bigger smile when leaving. This store is clean and spacious. You can actually WALK around the aisles without any store carts and etc....all cluttering the aisles. We were met by Latoya, when we first entered to sign up for their Club program. We were approved. She was very helpful in showing us how to sign up. We also happened to see Steve Harvey in the store. We got a pic. Ok. Now I'm really liking this place. The fishing poles area is extensive. How about over 5 aisles of fishing poles. The only thing that I was disappointed in was their camping department. That area could have been alot more extensive. They hosted a huge area that housed discounted clothes. Maybe that area could be reduced to include more camping gear. In coolers, they love the Yeti's. But didn't see any other brands displayed. But they did display the camping kitchens. Which were nice to see! They also had an aquarium of large fish, with benches if your waiting for loved ones to shop. They had an extensive kids section
They had an extensive candy section. In which, the candy we purchased was super fresh and not hard. Shayna helped us as well, at the customer service section. She was such a joy to talk with. The young man who rang us up was so patient and respectful with us. They also have a timeshare department offering vacations to these shares. Yep, we signed up for this too. We have yet to go and will vlog this experience onto our YouTube channel. All in all, we spent the full morning in this store. It was such a great experience. If you've never been, I suggest you visit your nearest store. It will be time well spent! ???”
“Awesome Team! Had an encounter with another shoe store in that mall area where they were rude and lacked the want to help when it came securing a shoe for my daughter. The shoe was there but they were saying it wasn’t available for some reason which leads me to believe they didn’t want to sell it or was holding it. Went into champs to look for the shoe and they didn’t have the shoe in my size needed but searched that the shoe was indeed showing available at the other store. The store manager at champs on riverside left her store and went to the other to find the shoe for my daughter IN PERSON! Then called for me to come and retrieve it. To me, that’s going above and beyond when it comes to the respect that each customer deserves. The entire team at champs was very upset about how customers were saying that the “other” store was treating the customers that came in. They deserve recognition. They exuded team work, respect and care for their customers!”

“We ran in yesterday (9/19/24) to grab some shoes for my little one and husband. We were assisted by Rachel who was professional and friendly! She not only grabbed what we asked for but also brought out additional styles that she thought we may want to try and she was spot on! Which resulted in us purchasing more than we initially planned but we loved the recommendation for the slip on Vans for our little one! Superb service, which I find lacking in the retail world these days!”

“This place had an interesting variety of shoes, but more importantly boys dress shoes. There seems to be nothing but fabric sport shoes for boys at most of these larger stores lately. Even finding a solid black casual loafer becomes a journey after school starts. Kids can run in-between sizes, especially boys, making online options unreliable. I didn't see the shoes at first with there being so many unique styles (I guess the name Ultra Shoes makes sense ladies). The guy casually pointed the way. At checkout, I asked what if the shoes didn't fit and he told me the store policy.I love when I can go in a store, get what I need, and check out. I even grabbed a cute pair for myself- some cute, dressy wedges, so not all of the shoes there are ultra high heels. Unexpected, fast & pleasant shopping experience! No large malls, searching for parking, nor long lines.”
