Slowest pharmacy in Macon Literally waited an entire hour and still waiting for a prescription that I received notification 24 hours prior was ready. Communication is key. Time is valuable. If something is going to take an hour to complete don’t say one minute and go back to laughing with your co-workers totally unprofessional!!!!!!!!!

My family just started using Scott’s pharmacy and we are so pleased. They are very professional and will help you any way they can. I also love the hours! If you are looking for a wonderful pharmacy then you need to choose Scott’s!!Rhonda McCallum and familyAlso, the pharmacist offered me a product called Adrenevive for stress. This product has changed my life!!! I am a 54 year old female and after taking this I have so much energy and just a sense of over all well being. I highly recommend this product from Scott’s pharmacy!!

The Scott’s are some of the incompetent pharmacists I have ever met. Brian is a devil from the pits of hell. He is a lier . All they interested in is money and status. If you not a Kappa, AKA. Alpha and so on then you are frowned upon. When I was there a few times when a Greek sister or brother walk in you can hang it up all their attention is on them. The other issue is their techs are rude and very unprofessional. Why is there a high turn over of techs there?.Scotts get your act together. And stop talking negative about customers to others in front of others .This is not the pharmacy you want to be doing business with. Try to support the black businesses but this one here can kiss where the sun don’t shine!

I've NEVER used Scott's Pharmacy and NEVER will again Lord's will . Upon arrival wasn't greeted just looked at by staff . Answered ALL questions required to pick up medicine . I was required to PAY up front before it could be filled . Asked for receipt was told I had to sign for it . After repeatedly asking for a receipt the lady placed or on the counter not so much as in my hand . Overall experience was piss poor and would definitely not be a repeat customer .

Two thumbs up! Friendly and helpful staff. Scott’s is a hidden gem. As a compound pharmacy they were able to provide a needed prescription that was on back order from the pharmaceutical manufacturer. Thank you Brian!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. First prescription came without injection needles. I got an apology. 2nd prescription came in with the packaging melted and mixture hot. Unusuable. I understood. That happens. Called for a third prescription. Compounding machine had been replaced and would not be certified for 2 weeks. I was on the list. Called last Tuesday and was told to call Friday. I called Friday and told them I was coming through Macon Monday at lunch time, would the compound be ready for pickup. They said yes. From the previous experience of dealing with them I called at 10 this morning to confirm I could pick up my prescription around 1. The lady put me on hold and came back and said there had been some confusion that my prescription would not be ready until around 5 pm. These are the most incompetent people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Needless to say I fired them.

There are no words to convey the level of customer service and kindness you will receive when you visit Scott's Pharmacy. They are professional, respectful, competitvely priced, and go out of their way to accommodate everyone's needs. And most importantly to me; they are non judgemental. Hands down the absolute best pharmacy in Macon, Ga. Bonus*** they compound!!!! Thank you Drs. Scott and staff for serving our community like you do.

Best pharmacy with absolute top notch customer service. They assisted me with a medication i have been unable to fill elsewhere. Dr. Scott went above and beyond to take care of me and was so informative and helpful and kind. I could say nicer things about this place!
