As a nurse, finding a good pair of shoes to stand the test of 12 hour shifts mostly on my feet has seemed impossible. I’ve tried Nikes, Adidas, Columbia’s, and even my favorite pair of Ariats. But, I found a pair of OC’s that I immediately fell in love with the minute I tried them on. Kent was informative of the 6-7 pairs of shoes I tried on and patient with me until I found the perfect fit. In addition, he sold me on a pair of extremely comfortable slides to wear to recover after running around all day. Also, pricing is extremely competitive to other big box stores in the Middle Georgia area. Thanks Kent!

I went today and I felt a certain type of way when I asked for help and I called earlier inquiring about the shoes when I got there about 30mins after the call , no hello when I walked in, three people in the store I was trying to ask questions about the shoes two of them act like I was bothering them and I asked am I bothering you all it was like a dry No. I just felt it and I will not go back just sad

It was fairly crowded for a Saturday afternoon in February. I feel the staffing was adequate and we were asked if we needed help when we walked in. Initially we said we didn't need help but when we did need help we were able to find someone. The young lady that helped us seemed somewhat pushy but nice. She asked my son if he wanted to check what type and size she he needed based upon a machine measurement, he agreed. She brought out several shoes and helped him try them on, I found it odd that she refused to bring shoes that didn't fit with the type of shoe that the machine recommended when we asked for them. My son also asked for a different size but she didn't want to bring another size other than what he measured. We probably would have bought some shoes from them had she brought out a larger size. She seemed to get agitated when I asked her if they carried a certain brand that the didn't carry and also seemed agitated when I asked for a certain shoe that they didn't have at this location but did have at another. The kicker for me and the reason they aren't 4 stars is that she tried to charge us $15 for using their measuring machine when she never mentioned that there was a charge before we used it. They have a decent selection of shoes but not amazing and the shoe wall seemed super unorganized, unless there's an organization system that I wasn't aware of. They have a few products other than shoes but they are a little sparse. The prices were on par with other shoe stores but more expensive than Amazon.

Jake is kind, patient, and knows what he's talking about when it comes to shoes. I have wide feet and it's hard for me to find shoes that do not kill my feet by the end of my work day. He has helped me with 2 pairs of shoes now that I swear by, has helped my grandparents with shoes & inserts, and has helped my husband with his shoe troubles as well. He's very helpful and we all recommend him if you have shoe troubles!

They didn't have my size, but they found the shoes at another store. I was able to pick them up the next day. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will be back!

The lady who assisted us was very personable and caring. She was professional and did s great job working with both of us. Ended up buying two pairs of shoes and an in-sole. Will test it out and advise!
