Every time I go, I’m told 45 mins to an hour. Never fails I wait 2 hours or more. I understand they’re busy but I would prefer a realistic time frame to decide whether to wait or arrange transportation. This has nothing to with the mechanics side but everything to do with customer service. Maybe I just have bad luck.

This quick lane is supposed to be open until 6pm. on separate occasions I have arrived at 345 to be told they aren't taking anymore vehicles for oil changes. There is over 2 hours left in the QL day. 345 is the earliest I can get to this location from work. The website says they work "after work hours" so is that a lie? Does this location just not need business? Or are the employees just lazy and the management allows it?

terrible service no one will even answer the phone. Literally called 20 times. the investors should know how this dealership is being ran

11/6/2020 - I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change as I always do. I received a call at 12:16 PM that my vehicle was ready. Time passed by and I went into a panic when I realized at 5:50 PM I hadn't picked up my vehicle so I called Quick Lane and spoke with Bradley. He took my payment over the phone after calming me down and stated if I got here before 8 PM I could get my keys from the receptionist desk. He then said I'll call you right back to assure I dropped them off. He called back at 6:01 PM and said come before 8 and ask for your keys and you'll be all set. I get to Ford and 7:11 PM and all the doors are locked and lights were off, forcing me to leave my vehicle overnight, unlocked after it was guaranteed that I could get my keys. The ball was dropped and it really placed me in a bad situation. I've never experienced anything like this. I am beyond livid. I just picked my vehicle up and after giving my concerns to the staff member he blew it off like it wasn't a big deal. This is unacceptable!Service: Oil change
