My car needed its periodic inspection and new tires. I went by a day or two in advance and got a price quote on the tires. The price was competitive and offered road hazard warranty with tire repair at any Ford dealer.
Service was completed and new tires installed in good time. I’m very pleased with Riverside Ford in Macon!

I well not ever spend my hard earned money at this dealership ever again. Please take your money elsewhere. After purchasing a $50k truck not even 30 minutes from leaving the dealership My vehicle was having issues. The manager told me it was my problem I had to deal with it and they wouldn’t help me.

I took my Ford Focus in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have a check engine light diagnosed and repaired. My service advisor, John Sullivan, called and informed me that he had found the problem it would be approximately $3,800 to repair. I called him back and inquired about an itemized price list, which totalled to approximately $1,200. When I asked John about the price difference, he replied that he was “joking” earlier. I believe he very clearly intended to scam me based solely on his assumption that I, a young woman who came in alone, did not understand cars and would not question his truly outrageous initial quote. The rest of the staff was very friendly and professional, but John’s behavior has truly soured my experience and I will not be returning to Riverside Ford.

The staff was extremely courteous. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had my vehicle repaired within a couple of hours.

Water was leaking into my cab of my new Ford Transit. Riverside Ford did a factory replacement of the windshield because it wasn’t sealed. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks later my van was parked in reverse (not usual for me) and I entered the vehicle by first walking by the hood. Noticed the hood has a dent front and center. The hood is four feet from the ground and it is exceedingly unlikely to be damaged any other way. I believe it was damaged by Riverside Ford. I contact the service advisor who tells me he will have a service manager contact me. Never heard from a manager and months have passed.

Never had a bad experience with the quick lane service. A bit on the pricey side for an oil change but I will always pay more to make sure my vehicle is well taken care of.
