We are from Florida passing thru Macon and found we had a nail in our tire. We saw their sign and stoped in. They IMMEDIATELY if they could help, they got me in IMMEDIATELY, and I just a few short minutes, they had everything fixed. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

After returning from a trip to VA, I noticed a rattling noise coming from the passenger side of my 4Runner. I've seen Raffield Tire Master in passing on multiple trips to Lowe's so I decided to go this morning to see if they could diagnose and resolve the problem. Upon entering, I was greeted by a trio of friendly gentlemen sitting behind the counter. Adam Turnbull advised that they would be happy to take a look to see what the problem is. Following one trial/error, their team was able to find the source. After a couple minor adjustments, I was good to go.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone. The customer service is top notch. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Went to get service for a low pressure tire warning. Was greeted when I entered. Salesperson was kind. I asked about other possible services and he was informative. I didn't like that the cost for extra services were not disclosed before being performed. Ended up needing a tire point and they did a rotate and balance. I wasn't expecting to pay as much as I did but otherwise good visit.

Came to change my oil filter cause take 5 said they couldn’t change the filter cause it was to tight and raffield tire master handle it in 10 mins and didn’t even charge me thank you ?

The associates that work here are truly amazing. We were moving to Ohio from Florida when we notice our tire sensor was going off. Yep, my tire were bad! They got us right in after telling them we had our dog and cats with us and still had had miles to go! Thank you so much for great customer service and showing us compassion! We are so grateful to have found this tires shop!

Trailer tire blowout on the side of the interstate. Limped it back with the spare to Raffield, and Tanya and the crew got us back on the road in no time! Thanks guys.

1st time I have ever had a bad experience at this shop. Took my vehicle there for 1 quick fix and another part was sabotaged. I wont say it was intentional or an oversight but it wasnt annissue before I got there. And thats enough for me to not go back !

Just bought tires from Adam at a great price, but i’d pay double the going rate for the exceptional service i always receive there! would not trust our vehicle maintenance to anyone else. What a fantastic job he and Roderick do at running their store!!

Great place to get tires or any repairs done on your car. I’ve taken several vehicles there over the years and they always do a bang up job and in a timely manor. Adam is always very helpful at the front desk. Wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else in Macon.
