The employees are never paying attention to when customers are standing at the counter waiting to be checked out. They’d rather stand around eating and talking to each other instead and they’re not even friendly when they finally decide to do their job. I can’t imagine being a cashier at a gas station is that difficult.

This place sucks!!!! First off, it’s not convenient to stop off on a trip, it’s not right off the interstate and the traffic light to turn left into the parking lot is a long wait. Then the women’s restroom had only one working toilet with a line of people. They also didn’t have all the condiments because they didn’t get restocked. It has a poor layout where the line blocks you from going thru the middle of the store. We lost 20 minutes on our drive. DONT GO HERE

Just left here 03/28/2024 at 1:00PM there are only two women working and talking about a nasty attitude! If you don’t want to work call off! You shouldn’t bring your low vibrations and energy into work to “try” and pass on to the customers. Bad customer service!!!

I’ve noticed on a couple of occasions the store is out of stock of items (things like a dr. pepper or a lid for their frozen drinks) no big deal- however I didn’t appreciate the fact that it took 3 days for my DEBIT payment to be posted to my account. This is a place to only use cash for sure.

This store was great when it opened, but seems it's going downhill. Things out of stock, closing kitchen early and other issues. Get it together.

I didn't know black people who work for QT were racist against Hispanics. I have been in so many QT all over in Atlanta. I guess here in Macon are not used to see Hispanics. The attitude is the not a good costumer service. I have never been treated in a Race Track that way.

Always enjoy going to this QT. Solid drink selection and snacks. They seem to be understaffed a lot but its no worry to me. Would recommend going here.

I stop here literally 3-4 times a week (as a local). To be honest, it’s the best gas station in town. Everyone has been friendly, welcoming you inside, and they always have everything I need. No complaints from me!
