The staff provided me with excellent customer service. They provided me with valuable information inclusive of showing me how to register with Quest so that I am able to get the results of my labwork from the MyQuest app as soon as the next day.

The staff at Quest are unmatched!! I have absolutely no complaints, they were fabulous. My doctor had neglected to send over the orders for my blood draw, but the women there were so understanding and did everything in their power to take care of me. If I need blood work again, I will definitely come back

My nurse, French was excellent. She and the staff were very professional, courteous and had me in and out in a timely manner. I was very impressed because not everyone is successful in getting my vein the first stick. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her and the other nurse. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

The phlebotomis, named French, was extremely courteous and professional. I did not feel any pain or discomfort at all during my visit.

Fast service I walked in and signed into the portal. Within 10 minutes, they called me to the back and weighed me, got my blood pressure, measured my waste, and then they got my blood pressure. Within 30 minutes, I was out of there. Thanks for a good experience.
