We stopped in for a sandwich, chicken strips, and some Mac and cheese on the way to our store this morning. The lady that helped us was so nice. My kids want things their way and she was so patient and kind ❤️

I took my daughter to the urgent care and told them to send the prescription here. Then I found them closed once I got there so tried to move it to another pharmacy. Come to find out Publix already marked them as filled so insurance would not allow the meds to be filled “again” even though they never filled it!Tried to go today to pick them up and they were deleted from the fill queue. I had to call the urgent care again to get it sent yet again and now they are stating at least 2 and a half more hours to wait so my daughter can get her medicine!This is absurd and horrible customer service. I have already waited an hour today just for them to tell me they were deleted from the queue. My daughter needs her medicine and they don’t care. Publix do not click that prescriptions are filled when they are not. Had they handled this the right way my daughter would have already had the medicine she needs!

This is about the 3rd Rx they say they don't have and have to order. This pharmacy started out great but I will be switching after tonight. I've had a terrible cough for 4 days and my Dr called in something stronger. My husband goes to pick up and they don't have, then said we could call around other pharmacies and refused to give the name of drug. She sa I'd tell them cough medicine. Really! How am I supposed to check if I dont the name of it. This was beyond ridiculous!

Pharmacists at this location continue to break GA law and do not counsel patients, even on new medications. I called and asked if they had the multi-strain flu vaccine. The pharmacist, not tech, said that they have Quadrivalent. As a person who is not in the medical field, I ask again, "Does this cover multiple strains?" The pharmacist says that she does not know what I mean and repeats again that they have Quadrivalent. It's sad that a certified, Publix pharmacist with a college degree could not answer a simple and direct question. I had to get my answer from Google.

Publix pharmacy, and especially the folks who provide the service, are absolutely amazing!!! I used to use cvs and every month was treated like a junkie, because i am a recovering addict on medication. Publix, i just cant fund words to express my appreciation foe tje dignity showed when i pick up my medication. Cherry on top is the free blood pressure medicine that helps keep me alive. Thank you all!!!

In the past I have done curbside pick up or gone in store and shopped myself. With two kids under 2, I can’t even fit them in the buggy with groceries so I opted for curbside. My most recent pick up was 29 or 30 items & a hold of $130 was placed on my card. Picked up groceries, unloaded and everybody, find out I’m missing close to $30 of groceries. Call customer service and they explain they can’t do anything, except advise me to call Instacart customer service, because my order was shopped by an Instacart worker (use to be Publix employees but that no longer stands). The shopper just refunded those items without telling me and she wasn’t questioned. I had to go back to the store to receive the rest of my order, on another charge to my card.
Publix customer service has always been great, but this (which isn’t their fault) is ridiculous. I do this for convenience and this was far from it. I will be watching my account closely to insure Instacart doesn’t screw up.

We really like having a Publix in our neighborhood. This place still has that "new-store smell." It's very nicely laid out. Items are easy to find and the staff are courteous. By the way, this is the first Publix I've seen to have self-checkout lanes. I'm happy they located their new store here in this former "food desert."
