They came out to my job on the Air Force Base and replaced my starter with no problem. I didn’t want to have to have my car towed so they made my life much easier with them coming out to fix my car. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great great work! They didn’t leave me hanging, was sent a bad part and they waited until I could get the one I needed to finish me up. They were honest and didn’t try to pull one over me! Book them today!

So far impressive. Couldn't get car started. They could have took me for a lot. All I needed was a battery terminal. They could have lied and said it was alternator. Thanks so much for being quick courteous and honest.

They are unprofessional , they came to my house and attempted to tell me l had a battery issue but I explained this to the technician that the battery was brand new , they then appeared to find another issue and charged me $ 80.00 bucks and stated that they would prepare a invoice for the repairs , they never did , I called several times and I was promised the invoice for the repairs ( It never came ) ..... They just taking money ....

I had a fantastic experience with Protech Mobile Mechanic. They were friendly, professional, and fast. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call, quickly diagnosed a simple fuse issue, and had me back on the road in no time. I called twice and there was no answer. So I left a message for them to call me back.After 2 days, they finally replied, saying that they no longer do air conditioning service. Would have been nice if they could have responded earlier declining to give me a hand with the problem.
