I initially thought I had found a reliable/frendly automotive shop to service my wife's car, but after this morning's interaction with one of the owners/employee, I will not be returning. Despite my efforts to clearly communicate the issue, repeating back the information provided during a previous visit for service, it was evident that they were not interested in addressing our concerns. It’s clear they do not value or care for certain types of business, per the response I received.

Very friendly I just bought my car and took it there to get tune up and few other things. Took it there before a trip. They are great on pricing compared to others . They were friendly and informative about the work they did. Will be going back again .

This is a shady business run by dishonest man. They destroyed my friend's car cooling system last year cost him thousands but somehow have gotten Google to take down his review. I recommend never taking your vehicle to this guy.

This place messed up my Audi when I went in for a brake job. Incompetent scam artists here. Ended up having to go to the dealership to fix caliper...do not trust these guys!

AVOID THESE INCOMPETENT THIEVES AT ALL COSTS... THIS PLACE DESTROYED THE COOLING SYSTEM OF MY 2009 JETTA!!! ...Ran fine when I took it in for a totally unrelated repair (ABS module) back in January. Never had a problem since I bought it, driven over 15k miles. Only reason I came so far away is no one around where I live would work on ABS of a German car. Thought they (actually he, there is just one guy who does all the work, the other guy Gary is the owner) specialized in German cars...apparently also all Swedish and Japanese cars also according to their signs, red flag right off the bat. I lost over $3k on an old car, just think of the risk on a newer or luxury vehicle! Just pay a little extra and take it to the dealership!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS... THIS PLACE DESTROYED THE COOLING SYSTEM OF MY 2009 JETTA!!! CURRENTLY BEING SUED IN BIBB COUNTY COURT, CASE #071803S...Ran fine when I took it in for a totally unrelated repair (ABS module) back in January. Never had a problem since I bought it, driven over 15k miles. Only reason I came so far away is no one around where I live would work on ABS of a German car. Thought they (actually he, there is just one guy who does all the work, the other guy Gary is the owner) specialized in German cars...apparently also all Swedish and Japanese cars also according to their signs, red flag right off the bat.Since I was there, I told him (Jim, the mechanic) to look at the heater, it was barely working. He said he would flush out the heater core. I was charged $125 for this.Long story short, I picked up the car and was driving back home to McRae, the minute I slow down to get off I-75 in Perry, the temp starts rising! In the red within 30 seconds, I have to turn off the car. I drive slowly home and have to turn off the car twice. Called and left message, call is never returned. Have car towed to VW dealership ($275), they flush the coolant to hopefully clean it out, another $200...a slight improvement but still runs hot! Their recommendation? REPLACING THE ENTIRE COOLING SYSTEM (RADIATOR, THERMOSTAT, WATER PUMP)! $3,700!! The car was only worth maybe $5k. I called again and said I was taking them to court, he finally called back and left a message telling me he was sorry that I was having car problems but they had nothing to do with it, LMAO..I don't take sh*t lying down, I am suing these two incompetent thieves. He knows he doesn't have a leg to stand on, has hired an attorney FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Not going to do him any good, the facts are the facts and I have plenty of witnesses.....so for the love of God, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They need to be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

I Called To See If This Company Service Mercedes. The Man Agreed That They Do And I Described To Him That I Needed A Power Steering Pump Switched Out From The Regular Tandem Pump. He Told Me He Has To See If Thats Something He Can Do. Lol Well Why Tell Me You Service Mercedes And Cant Even Change A Power Steering Pump. Very Very Arrogant.

We were traveling on our move to Florida from Ohio and our clutch went out on our Mini Cooper. I called and spoke to Gary about being from out of town. Gary got us in took care of towing and our repair the next day despite of having other customer repairs. It was done in a day and 1/2. They were officially closed on Friday but Jim worked to get car done for us.Jim Rocks! Thanks again.

I just called to ask if I could receive a quote regarding a repair that I need. I greeted the person who answered the phone to which he replied “what do you want”. I was disgusted by the rudeness of this person but I went on ahead to ask him if I could get a quote on the necessary repair that I needed and he then proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. This place needs to do better man or just close.

Had my car here months ago for a water pump and timing chain. Did a great job. I was impressed how well they cleaned the engine compartment.
