No knowledge of cars or car parts sold wrong items 4 times in two day whoever the two people work after noon shift lady with glasses and deads man that look Hispanic have real bad attitude they wasn't helpful at all blamed every thing on the computer but clearly looked at both old and new items where not the same thing still sold it to me wasn't changed out for right item still had to but everything over

I was given the wrong parts after they had to be ordered and payed for in advance. The manager gave me a hard time even after I explained that all my parts were under warranty, that I had called before hand. I was then sent to pick up the part at another store that in turn gave me a defective caliber that would not bleed. I was then sent to a third store where the manager convinced me that my mechanic put I on backwards. Got back to my car and he was wrong. The mechanic of thirty years automatically assumed that me or my mechanic had no idea what we were doing. So now I have to make a fourth trip over to the same O'Reilly's on thomaston road to pick up a part that I've been trying to get for 3 hours now. I will never ever shop at any O'Reilly's again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to do the same and the experience that I had.
