I RECENTLY VISITED THIS PAWN SHOP SEARCHING FOR A 65' FLAT SCREEN TV, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY INSTOCK AT THE TIME. THE YOUNG LADY THAT WAITED ON ME WAS SO VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, SHE TOLD ME TO CHECK BACK NEXT WEEK. AND I SURE WILL, BUT I DID PURCHASE A VERY BEAUTIFUL SILVER SMALL ROPE CHAIN☺️

I recommend strongly to everyone to shop at Old South Pawn Shop in Macon, Ga. It was a wonderful treat to be treated so nice and welcoming by every single employee. You just don't find That anywhere anymore. I will definitely be doing business here often.

Everyone was so patient with my questions and extremely nice today. I picked up the wrong phone and headed out and could not schedule my Lyft to be picked up. I do not remember his name but he also allowed me to charge my phone. It was emotional for me but everyone was so helpful. I have to return and do more business because the prices on everything was priced at great prices. That was my first time taking my ring off. My sole provider is gone but I have to be strong for the children and grandchildren.update...I really do appreciate the young man assisting me otp with adding my daughter to pickup the only thing I have to remind me of my late fiance on yesterday. It meant a lot to me when I received my ring back. It appeared to have been cleaned. You guys rock! It is still hard knowing he lost his life trying to provide for our family. He was killed doing what he loved. He was a tow truck operator and was struck by a loaded dump truck and burned beyond recognition when both trucks exploded. Thank you all at Old South Pawn shop for everything.

They are the “BEST” !! Every employee is very helpful and very welcoming. They have a huge variety of many different items, which gave me choices! They even walk you through every step if you are in need to pawn an item!!“Awesome Customer Service!”

Sold me a defective mower and refused to assist, now I am out over $200 and the owner tried to say I did something to the mower, completely false…do not spend your money here they will cheat you!Update: 8/27/22 approximately one week after I purchased my mower and using it for the first time, and calling them multiple times with no results it caught on fire in my front yard! But yet they refused to fix them selling me a faulty product!
