I attempted to obtain basic information and was completely not listened to nor provided with the answers to the inquiry I had. When I decided to end the interaction, I was then told I was offended when in all actuality the person who stated was the manager (which I couldn't believe was a manager) was the one totally in my opinion one of the worse by far phone person who completely misunderstood the nature of my inquiry. I would not recommend this business.

Words can not express the professional services received at Oh So Nat-TRU-ral nail salon. The atmosphere is always professional and friendly. Service is prompt and conducted as expected. 10 months ago I was blessed to find the perfect nail salon Macon has to offer! I'm still a loyal customer. My nails have never looked better! The service is exceptional and the owner is a wonderful woman who has taught me a lot about my nail care. I just can't say enough about this business. I would give higher stars if possible

Ladies do yourself a favor and make an appointment! This is the best place for nails. I have tried so many others to be disappointed every time. I have NEVER had a better manicure! And the best part is this is a locally owned salon. I just wish I had found this sooner! Thank you Shari! It was a pleasure to meet you. I will definitely be back!
