“I called ahead to verify they had the screen needed to fit my device. They let me know the screen was in stock and they could take me the next day and it would take a few hours to complete the repair. I arrived the next day easy check-in process and received a call 2 hours later, my device was good as new. Great communication and super friendly.”

“Ahbner with The Geek Squad at Best Buy in Macon attended to me promptly at my appointment time. He even appeared BEFORE my appointment time to alert me that he may be running a little behind due to assisting the customer before me..totally acceptable and polite. Ahbner listened carefully to my issue with my laptop and was able to resolve the problem and inform me of known issues and how to safeguard my security from internet threats. He was very professional and attentive. The greeters at the entrance to Best Buy were rude at best, however, Ahbner's graciousness and willingness to help were the highlight of the visit. Mission accomplished.”
