I loved Metro in South Mississippi. Macon not so much and their service was horrible where I am here is why I left them. I spent 3 years in Macon with yall telling me my service was fine in my area and yall not listening. My daughter went to her Metro in North Carolina and gave them my address and they confirmed bad service in my area so why couldn't yall?

Lady was very unhelpful and didn’t even try to help me as she could I brought my T-Mobile phone and I guess it’s sim locked she told me to call T-Mobile and all this extra stuff but lady this a phone store y’all have phones why don’t you call and help get yourself a sell . Short heavy set woman was unhelpful

They will charge you for a new line even if the signage says the device is free. Either they do not follow corporate procedures or they staff is not trained properly.

Just swapped my samsung galaxy s5 to metro for a first time.Metro services are horrible.I am going to return the phone and give them exactly all there stuff back because the phone itself requires too much just to receive picture messages abd sending any multimedia message. you will have to use all your mobile data just to send a normal picture and be on the internet.Cricket is way better cause i had unlimited everything.i will not be using metro services from this day forward.Metro doesn't reach on north macon well.Must return to this exact location.Im very disappointed with all this and i got the phone to try something new. ATTENTION:Save yourself and stick with your current carrier.Metro sucks.

My son broke his phone...he needed one asap! We walked in 8 minutes to closing. She never made us feel like we were imposing on closing time. She helped us through the whole phone swap process with a smile! I would recommend it this place all day long every, as long as they keep who they have working there. Didn't catch her name, but sweet girl!
