RIPOFF!!! Went to METRO on University in Tamarac, FL to switch over 6 lines from Verizon knowing that I get 15 gigs of free HOTSPOT per line. The staff had no idea!!! Got on the phone with corporate while there and corporate agreed. Still. NO IDEA of how to upload free HOTSPOT and they referred me to the corporate store 12 miles away. I went to corporate and all good except for there the new phone was fire-trucked up. Went to the original store on University and they said I purchase a used phone. Again, we went to corporate and immediately got a new exchange. Last week went to the store at University because my free tablet would not get wi-fi. Rachell said it is free, but I had to pay a $35 program fee. I knew that was incorrect. The following day we went to Metro on Commercial. Martin was great and showed what an dummy I am. Human error and wi-fi does not need to be paid for monthly and there was no program fee. Nice try "RIPOFF RACHELL". Today we called store on University and asker for owner to tell them what happened. Got Tony on phone and he said Rachell is the G.M. He said "HAVE A NICE DAY" & hung-up on US. When I called back, he knew it was me (caller i.d) and would not answer for 19 minutes. I said Tony why did you hang up on me. He said phone got disconnected. Crap! Why would phone get disconnected after he said, "HAVE A NICE DAY"? Metro advertises no price increase forever, but they have a new charge. I attend a meeting daily via conference call. They just monthly charge for that feature. I'll mention this at our sales meeting next week. We are leaving Metro ASAP.

I had the greatest phone vying experience ever..Mrs Natalie and Charles really took great care of me and I left there with a new I phone, screen Protector and case plus a home internet kit all for $189…I am never going anywhere else…perriott!

Rachel. The manager? Yeah she's racist. A customer was having issues with her phone number and Rachel seemed so unwelcoming and irritated and called the customer a bit*h? This was about 30 seconds into my visit. The lady got upset and almost lost her temper but decided to just leave. Then, my dad started having a convo about football with a different associate and I guess miss Rachel felt comfortable enough to say, "that's the thing about black people- don't get me wrong my daughters half black- but that's the thing, they a act like that and then wonder why they're treated the way they are. Just ghetto ". By now I'm giving her the death stare because I couldn't believe my ears. I had to leave. Extremely disappointed and disgusted

My experience wasn't what I expected today. Nothing personally against retail associate (whom I had last week)! Just kinda disappointed with their return policy. Not particularly happy with my new phone. Nothing works properly with it. It drops calls, sometimes won't send or receive sms messages and doesn't play well connected to my car. Tried to return and exchange but was told that only applies to new service. Was advised to do a warranty claim if no damage to phone( which there is none)! Truly a hassle now jus stuck with a phone that doesn't work. Haven't had it but for 10 days and I'm already disappointed. Will try to switch it to another line on my plan if possible but if I can't I'll be switching carriers soon!!

Went here to redeem my free tumbler through the T-Mobile Tuesday app. When I walked in I was greeted by an employee sitting on a chair playing on her phone. I showed her the app and at first she told me TMobile was across the street. I then showed her it says redeem at either T-Mobile or metro by T-Mobile. She then went ahead and got it for me. To me this is very unprofessional and I strongly believe she really didn't want to get up at first because she was busy playing on her phone.

Rude staff- treated like a criminal for asking for a price check. I was made to verify all my information just for an estimate. Very bad feelings about t-mobile now.
