Called ahead about 2 cars. Drove 2 hours from Buford down to Macon. Both cars sitting out front waiting for us to test drive. Bought one. Amazing purchase experience. I’ve been buying cars and trucks for decades. This is the BEST dealership I’ve worked with. Highly recommend the time to visit. Sales rep Tia Mercer is WONDERFUL!! Sales manager Mohamed Elkhattabi was incredibly helpful too. Macon M-B has my highest recommendation!!!!

This is where you’ll find outstanding vehicles and even better customer service. I brought my GLE 63S in for service and was immediately impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of the service staff. While there I went to see Quinton Baldwin to take a look at what’s new.Quinton is a true professional and had all the answers to my questions and more. He produced what I’ve been wanting for a long time and out I drove with a brand new GLE 63S Coupe. Thanks for a great experience Quinton!!You and Mercedes Benz of Macon have earned a loyal customer!

Leon, our Service Advisor, was very professional and personable. While the B1 Service on our MB GLE 350 [purchased from Mercedes-Benz of Macon (Jackson Automotive)] was being tended to, a loaner vehicle was provided. However, in addition to the maintenance service, a front headlight had evidence of water intrusion inside the headlight fixture. The MB warranty had just expired 25-days prior and Leon approached the Service Manager to see what the dealership could do. The quote, parts/labor, was $4,700 and I was told that the Service Manager couldn’t do anything for me (offset the cost, nada). Submitted my review to Mercedes-Benz of Macon on 16 Jan 2024, received another survey from Mercedes-Benz USA to share my thoughts on the follow-up that I received on my initial feedback on 17 Jan 2024.As of this date, 27 Jan 2024, no feedback from Mercedes-Benz of Macon whatsoever. As a first time MB owner, MB just lost me as a customer.Incidentally, have previously owned Volvo’s and in one instance the warranty AND transmission went out. As a loyal Volvo owner, the Volvo dealership offered splitting the cost. Not so here, not one penny. So, caveat emptor (let the buyer beware).
