These people simply will not call you back. I have left several messages and even chatted with Jessica on the website twice about my issue .....I will not do business with this company.

I purchased a 2017 BMW 430i Hardtop convertible from this dealership in March of 2020. The salesman was Martin. At the time of purchase, I was given a "OWE" for a small ding on the driver's door just below the handle. This was a very tiny ding, almost unnoticeable. I was not able to have them to remove this dent because we were at the height of COVID and the dealership was closed for an undetermined time because of quarantine, service department closed, sales department closed, etc. From March until the end of June I tried calling to get an appointment to have the ding removed. They said call sales department and sales said call service department, it went back and forth for months. Finally, in October I visited the lot in person. The salesman who sold me the vehicle was getting ready to retire at that time. Unfortunately, he was gone by this time. The person who I spoke to said they would have a hard time approving the service because it has been so long since I purchased the car. In spite of them being closed for months at the time of purchase and my months of contacting them and getting shuffled back and forth between their sales and service departments. All this over a tiny parking lot ding the size of a nickel or dime. Most disturbing was the rude, condescending manner of the person I spoke to when I made the trip there to try to resolve the issue and get an appointment with their dent removal service. Apparently, they come from time to time. But they don't know when. Overall, I would give this business a FIVE on sales and ZERO on service. More importantly, their after-the-sale treatment of the client is downright disgusting.

The below reviews are not current. My experience and purchase was a nightmare. I'd right a detailed review, but there aren't enough pages to list what all went wrong. When they delivered the van to me it was dirty and dusty inside. This should have been Covid cleaned. Also, there was a scrap across the flooring in the back to the van.
