“We bought a Pride Viva chair from Chichester’s a little less than 2years ago. We love the chair! It is, hands down the best lift chair we have owned. Recently we had some issues with the motor control unit. I contacted the great people at Chichesters and within 4 days the problem was solved. They replaced the control under warranty at no cost to me and sent a very competent and friendly technician to our home to install it. We paid a very reasonable service call fee and couldn’t be happier.”
