So glad that I found this testing facility. I was notified that I needed to complete a hair test with very little notice. I called around to several places and they either only conduct a 5 panel test or could not get me in during the timeframe I needed to complete. The owner of the testing site was super friendly and did everything she could to hide the area she was cutting from! For anyone needing a hair test, I would highly recommend!

I’ve always tried my best to never leave a bad review for a Black Owned Business. But here I go. On June 27th (93 days ago), I went to get a DNA test with my daughter for my custody/child support case. We were sent here by Choice DNA to give our samples. Well 93 days later still no results. I called Ms McCane in August about my results. She informed me that Choice DNA would be responsible for getting me the results and that everything was sent immediately to the lab. Well today, after 4 calls to Choice DNA with my lawyer on 3 way, finally speaking with a manager I was informed that McCane said that we never showed for our 3 pm appointment to give our DNA samples. Not only did I show up, I was in the parking lot 45 minutes early. My Baby Mother showed up 10 minutes early. Ms McCane herself didn’t show up until 10 minutes before time in her Range Rover if I remember the vehicle correct. McCane laboratories are unreliable, liars, and unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone in the Macon Area to use her or either of her two facilities in Macon.

Went here to get my nasopharyngeal covid test done for a trip out the country and was provided excellent customer service! Fast, friendly and they emailed and printed off my results for me to have. Thank you.

Although the staff was very nice. The accuracy of the Covid screenings is questionable. I tested negative there and when I went to see what else could be wrong with me, I retested (2 hours later )and was in fact positive.

Great service and Mrs. genie was most amazing! So friendly and helpful when I needed a covid test done. Also nice ambient. It doesn’t feel intimidating like most labs. Thank you McCane labs!

I just went here today and had a great experience! I had no idea what to expect before coming to this facility but it was a very pleasant atmosphere, I was well taken care of by all, and the service itself I received was great. I already notice a significant difference in my skin, after receiving the micro needling with PRP. Thank you for helping me look and feel young with great skin!

They never sent our sample to sneakpeak dna gender test.We were lied to and told the sample was not enough however we spoke directly to sneakpeak and they told us they never received the sample.Extremely incompetent. Mishandled the use of the blood sample.Worst customer experience, worst service, of my entire life. Literally 5 days of calling non stop, leaving messages, and not a single call back or reply till 5 days later, we get one reply..
