Great experience! I needed a quick flat tire repair and an oil change. James got me taken care of right away and was very friendly and accommodating. I had my two kids with me ages 3 and 6 and they had a great time waiting with me because the waiting area had toys and two tvs with the remote available to choose what they wanted to watch. I will definitely be back soon to purchase a new set of tires!

I came into Mavis not knowing what was making this horrible sound whenever I drove my car. James spent no more than 30 minutes outside with Scott. They immediately identified the problem. The customer service is elite. I would recommend them to anyone

When i tell you "This place is Great," I truly mean that! They are efficient, speedy, and the customer service is OFF THE CHARTS. Deyanna was amazing, and the staff who worked along side her, is equally as good. If you ever need any car repairs Mavis ON THOMASTON ROAD (Not the one on presidential -_-) IS THE PLACE TO BE!

I stopped there because my tire was losing air. They helped me right away, I didn't have to wait long at all - back on the road in less than 20 mintues. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Thank you!

Needed to get new tires last week and Mavis had a great price, got the work done quickly and were friendly throughout the process. Turned on my car this morning and saw the low tire pressure warning on my car, when I checked it was a screw in my brand new tire! Called Mavis, they told me to come in immediately and they would see what they could do. They managed to patch the hole, get the work done in under and hour and didn't charge me! They really turned a bad day around!

I had a 9:00 am alignment appointment with them on Sunday 3/17. After waiting for 2 hours tech pulled my suv on the alignment rack and realized I had an adjustable upper ball joint on it. I heard him complain in the waiting room about it, and he backed my suv off the rack and parked it outside, and he started an alignment on another vehicle. After he got done with the other car he pulled my suv back on the rack and realized the heads for the alignment machines wouldn’t fit on my suv. After waiting for 3.5 hours the service writer told me they were unable to perform my alignment and recommended me to go to the other Mavis in town.

It was an " if it can go wrong it will" kind of day. I was in Macon from out of town to deal with a family crisis, on a tight schedule and had a flat tire while running errands. I rolled in to Mavis on a spare not sure how badly my tire was damaged. The stop was actually just a wishful drop in in hopes " maybe" Mavis could get a tire(s) on and save me having to find the Walmart that was holding 300 dollars of tires for me.The kind staff came out - in the rain- looked at the damaged tire and said it could actually be fixed. Hearing my need to rush, they pulled a technician to do it right away. And not only did they repair the tire while I ran to the pharmacy on foot, their tech was loading my spare back under the car when I got back. Extra-ordinarily, they did all this at no charge.Theses guys were a needed blessing and a bright spot in an otherwise very rough day. God is indeed good. And he used the team at Mavis to remind me of it this week. I'm quite grateful.

I had a situation where my car has gotten stuck in mud due to so much rain in a short period of time. Sprayed car off with water and 2 runs through car wash. Car was driving like it was out of line. I pulled into Mavis Tires, as it was recommended by a family member. James was so kind and had Gabe put it on lift. Hardened mud-clay, under right tire, was causing the car to vibrate. After a test drive, it was cleared. They are the most honest business I know of. Please use Mavis Tires, Thomaston Rd, Macon, Ga.

This week has been one up and down with weather so I’ve been ignoring my tire pressure light… finally went and got it checked out today and there was a nail in my tire. Mavis staff worked me in quickly and effectively. they fixed my tire and didn’t break my pockets to do so. I won’t ignore anymore lights on my dashboard going forward.
