The owner Derek and his wife are great people. This is a lovely family owned business. If you’re looking for a mattress I would highly recommend going to Macon Bedroom and Mattress! They have a great selection of mattresses bed frames with southern hospitality.

Connie is definitely a superstar. She went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect mattress and adjustable base to meet my sleep needs. Her attention to detail is one of many reasons why I would consult with her expertise in the future for other purchases. I was so pleased with the excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable service from the moment I walked in the store. They took the time to learn my sleep preferences, to allow me to test several beds, and to explain some of the relevant research about avoiding back pain while sleeping. I’m excited about the mattress I have purchased and grateful for an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

My experience with Mattress Firm was awesome. The customer service was beyond courteous and knowledgeable. Nelson was the gentleman’s name who assisted us and he was very patient, because we were a bit indecisive, and he shared valuable information that helped us arrive at our purchase after browsing 4 other stores before this one. I highly recommend this store. There services set the standard of excellence for customer service.

My husband and I walked in the Macon Mattress Firm store only to have a look at Tempur Pedicure mattresses and compare models and prices. Our Sleep Expert Connie greeted us and was very pleasant, she displayed excellent customer service and was completely knowledgeable about the products we were interested in so we made a huge purchase and feeling confident we will get better sleep than what we currently get with our old mattress.
