I stopped by this Kroger to see if they had some fresh turkey wings and for some reason Dublin Kroger Store didn't have any and A.B. Lee's Meat Market had a Small pack, but it was just one serving and This is how I wound up in Macon, GA looking for some fresh turkey wings for at least 4. servings but know one had any?

This is one of the worst Krogers I have been too. I used to shop here on a regular basis, but my recent visit is horrible. No buggies, random isles of buggies that need stocking. The pharmacy is horrible. The window to the pharmacy is always closed, which is an inconvenience being that I am super dizzy. The line was absolutely ridiculous. It's so unorganized and the A/C is not even working. I won't be back.

Great except when I went to use the women's restroom closest to the Starbucks one of the stalls didn't have a door and the others lock didn't even work.

While shopping at Kroger on Tom Hill Sr Macon at 4:45 pm Saturday 6-15-24 I let an employee named Carolyn know I had bypassed the opportunity to use a coupon so she backed up the transaction which allowed me to scan the coupon. As I was scanning the coupon she walked away to go and stand with a group of Kroger employees who were too busy talking to help anyone. I asked Carolyn why she walked away from my register knowing she had to take my coupon after I scanned it… she said nothing. I asked her if she knew how to speak and she didn’t say anything. I showed her that my receipt was blank also. She said nothing and walked away. What in the world!? Maybe it was her last day (or should be).

It's chaos in Kroger now. They keep the aisles so full of displays getting around is difficult. I hope this will be different soon.

I frequent several of the Krogers in Macon and this one is by far the worst. It's difficult to maneuver around with all the random bins of merchandise in the aisles. There are rarely carts inside so you have to bring one in from the parking lot if you want to use one.
I've used the pickup services twice. The first time it was fine, the second time they gave me expired almond milk and I had to drive back to the store to exchange it. It was something that was supposed to save time and it made it even more of a hassle.
Now, let's talk about checking out. They typically have ONE cashier available even during their busiest times. The self checkout line will be practically to the back of the store.
A few weeks ago, a couple of the cashiers were having a loud verbal altercation which was incredibly concerning and unprofessional.
It's just overall, a frustrating experience.

This place is the worst. There is no reason that the main entrance should be closed at 8 pm. This is the 2nd time in a row where I have arrived shortly before 8 pm and the entrance is already closed. Once again there aren’t any buggies in the only entrance that’s open. Then you get a nasty attitude from the employees when you let them know. Very poor customer service. It also shouldn’t be reopened at 8 am. It should be opened before that. I already understand the reason for closing the entrance but from 8 pm to 8 am is excessive.

This older white lady did her best not to help or accommodate me sunday as I was looking for something on the bakery discount section. She took her sweet little time putting the discount items on the server. She saw me waiting. She even walked all down the meat section (for wht I don't know) iam still there waiting!She comes back to her area and leaves again! I proceeded to walk around the store to give her more time. Maybe 15 mins I come back still (NOTHING)on the selfsame! Feel my old me rising up I left! Next Sunday iam comeing back this time iam video recording the whole thing and going LIVE! THKS
