I just called about my online order. I placed the order for today at 5. I received texts updates stating that my order was delayed. Cool I get it cause it’s the holiday season. I never received an update about when to pick up my order. I just decided to check my order online and saw it was ready. I drove to the store in the cold with my 3 small kids. Once I arrived no one was there. I called customer service and spoke to Camille who was the manager at night. She was very unprofessional, passive, and uninterested in anything I was saying. She showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue. She passed the buck and blamed it on AJ and their department. Kroger needs to demote her until she improves her interpersonal skills. She shouldn’t be in management handling the issues of Kroger. She even muted the phone while I was talking. Her voice was not warm. It was cold and she was extremely nonchalant about my concerns.

Pick up is horrible. They never have all the items and i'm always waiting 30+ minutes when I do pick up my items. Get more help!

Store always looks like a Walmart. Store isn’t full, produce isn’t fresh,meat department not full. Looks bad.

I bought a meat from this store that was expired a year before. The meat was expired last year I ate the meat I did not know it was expired and I fell really sick.
