The service isn't good and if you park anywhere other than their store, the carts will stop and leave you in the middle of the road even though it's a shopping center with other stores around it. would not recommend the bathrooms are disgusting. The employees are rude.

Great customer service! Staff that spoke to us were super nice and helpful. The store was well kept and quiet. Was a nice shopping atmosphere. Food options where good. We can here to get some things after the Walmart didn't have everything we needed. Prices are medium high. The cinnamon sticks that were $3 at Walmart were $8 here.

Don't buy the $1.00 raw oysters! We bought 4 dozen and were very dissappointed with their small size, and the small crabs in several of them. Gross. Even when these oysters were $6.99/doz they were much larger. Sure, supply vs demand, but be warned.

Horrible stocking. Either someone is lazy when taking inventory, ordering, stocking, or fulfilling orders. Half of the items you select when ordering pickup online are "out of stock" but if you go into the store yourself, you'll find them. If you order from other krogers in the area, you will rarely encounter the same issues. This store has gone downhill fast.

I Love this store. Good prices and the veggies are fresh and the service to the pharmacy is fantastic. I've used them for 20 yrs and the quality has never changed. Plus you get discounts on gas and so much more. I'd rather my business go to them rather than walmart across the street.

Terrible customer service during the pandemic. I was shopping for an elderly person who could not get out. I tried to buy them toilet tissue and they would not allow me to purchase for my grandmother. The lady told me "they will have to come in". RIDICULOUS.

Rest room had a backed up toilet and a plunger stuck in it. Shopping carts blocking isles. One main entrance blocked upon arrival.

Love this Kroger since it has a gas station right out front, and the Scan and Go program makes shopping super fast. The wine selection is very good and I love being able to get the Homestead Creamery buttermilk for my super fabulous buttermilk biscuits. My husband loves the fried chicken. Plus the florist is fantastic!! My in-laws had their 62nd wedding anniversary this month and we got a beautiful, custom floral arrangement that delighted them both.

I always love shopping at Kroger's when I visit my son in Georgia. My last visit was right before Thanksgiving and I was a little bit disappointed. It was very crowded as expected due to the holiday. They were restocking the shelves and the boxes were all over the store making it almost impossible to get up and down the isles. Cases and cases of groceries blocked that I always end the shelves. I think it could have been a bit more organized and not so chaotic. I still love Kroger but the restocking should have been handled differently to avoid mass confusion.

Worst experience using the ClickList. Called it in at 10am for a 6-7 pm pickup. Ive been waiting an hour and 11 minutes so far.
