Everytime I go into this Kroger for customer service, they are always closed the later it gets in the day. It is really ridiculous to have a customer service department but yet no customer service people that are available whenever someone needs it. This covid-19 stuff ppl keep using needs to stop along with we short. Ain't nobody short till the holidays get here most of the time.

Going to a big chain store always has the potential to be aggravating. I'd much rather go here than Walmart. The store is clean and shelves are stocked. Customer service is also way better than Walmart. The produce and meat is in my opinion of a much better quality.Point being, if you're buying groceries go to Kroger, better experience and service. Go to Walmart if you want clothes, certain appliances, windshield wipers, lawn/garden stuff and deal with being forced to have your pick of 300 self checkout lanes or a mile long wait to "be" checked out by a cashier at 1 of the 2 regular checkouts. The higher ups at Walmart then wonder why there is shrinkage. DUH!

Couldn't purchase tobacco without them scanning a physical ID. Some states have implemented digital "smart" IDs, such as Florida; also pretty sure Florida physical IDs aren't even scannable.I wish I lived in a world of common sense where the cashier could look at me, and use their brain to determine that I'm obviously older than 21, but here we are. I'll just spend my money elsewhere, groceries included.

The Absolutely the worst Kroger (North Ave) in Macon and Surrounding area; The Deli is Absolutely Awful; there are not a wide variety of Healthy Food Choices at this Kroger ( I think this is based on Demographics of the area, That is blantantly Biasis), Every other Kroger in Macon and the Surrounding Areas are Better by far, it's not even close; The employees will not cook fresh (Chicken) food when asked, instead they insist that you choose and purchase the old dry chicken has to be sold first, the rotisserie chicken often look burnt and over cooked, I talked to the manager, he often seems not concerned or uninterested and never rectify the situation or complaints, They had a hard worker and very customer friendly florist (Mrs. B J.) she suddenly transferred after 30 Years, the one they have now there insists on you purchase the flowers first before she do any arrangements, and then tells customers that's company policy; which is not true, I asked the Store Manager about this Supposedly Company Policy he seems dumbfounded and acts like he's unsure of Company Policy and Procedures, I feel like Store has gradually went down and the store product has become mediocre, they just put anything out there and expect people to accept it and buy, I'm going to other places where the product and customer service is up to standard ... - Minus 10

Kroger is the store I choose for select things like seafood, fresh veggies and meat. The prices are good, and you can basically find what you need for your meals.

OMGOSH. So I usually love Kroger, but this visit was made aware of some of their new practices. So we were attracted to a display of peaches and nectarines. We had to stand in line at the self checkouts because there were only 2 registeres open at 12:30 on a Saturday!!! The self checkouts took 20 minutes. Anyway, after our purchases, I noticed that the fruit wasn't correct price. I stopped to ask a lady monitoring a self checkout area. She said to get the advertised price, I had to DOWNLOAD the digital app!! Seriously???? What about the older people who shop without the knowledge of the digital age ?? No discount for them, or me who thought that was the advantage of the Kroger card!!??Come on, Kroger, make your store shopper friendly again!!! Offer real discounts without having to jump through multiple hopps!!! A disappointed shopper!!!

Kroger is a good place to shop. It had most of the produce I wanted. There were a couple of things on my list that they either didn't have available or were out of at the time. The bagger at the checkout line walked off in the middle of bagging my items, and the cashier had to apologize for her. The cashier then had to bag the rest of my items herself. Overall, it is a great place to get what I need and is conveniently located close to where I live.

Kroger is located where there are multiple businesses which is difficult to find ample parking space. The shelves are mostly empty, especially the frozen section. I have also noticed their prices are higher than Publix and Walmart. I buy Harmless Harvest coconut water, usually for ten dollars, but at Kroger, it is $11.59. On the other hand, the staff is relatively amicable and resourceful; the parking lot is empty of food carriages meaning there are plenty of carts available for shopping.

The day I went, they had everything I was shopping for(sic)And YES most things were higher than two weeks ago when I went by. Seems like every Kroger store has their own prices by location.

Inability of management to help solve a simple problem to keep from losing a lot of senior citizen and actually telling me to go to Wal-Mart because they are better equipped to handle these new food cards seniors are now receiving

There is no drive thru pharmacy here even though it says it has one. I'm switching to a different kroger. This one never has my meds, never get texts, rude pharmacy techs made complaints said it isn't first time employee had been complained about but they are short staffed. Still no reason to be rude.

The store itself is good but the last two weeks I have been in the store the restroom has the toilet poring water out of it to the point the floor is absolutely soaked with water and paper towels to me shows poor management to let it continue like this
