Got here to get my meds and was told to have seat that they wasn't ready and it would take about 30 minutes or longer... I've been sitting here for about 25 minutes so I go up to the lady on the register and she said it's going to be another 30 minutes so I asked what was ready she said nothing then this white skinny guy smarts off to me by saying they were short staffed and would I like to work here and I said no he said him either the people are so rude and unprofessional

As long as they have my medications in stock, I'm usually happy. I'd give it a "5" if they would hire a person of color. For years, I've only seen interns who fit the description. However, I was nicely greeted by a tattooed white male.❤️☺️Hope he decides to stay with Kroger Others are friendly.❤️ 1 or 2 are not.

The incompetence of the people of this pharmacy have erroded my trust in medical professionals. They're as excited, to me, to help as a parachute filled with bricks. I'd offer a sheep and a prayer to Asclepius before expecting medication here without error. I, now, understand why this pharmacy has a liquor store down the road in both directions.

I was just treated like crap. I was told I couldn’t get my migraine medicine that I been on for years because I had a pain doctor. I’ve had a pain doctor for over a year now and no one has ever said this to me. This pharmacist ( Joanne) and her rude staff treated me like I was a junky In front of other customers only to look in the system and see that she have filled it before . So now she tells me to wait but I notice it’s capsule and I’ve never taken that before, then the rude lady at the window (Sam) states they about to close so I’m inconveniencing them at this point. They also didn’t A medication for me and my mom but didn’t verify that when I dropped it of 4 hours prior, she said if you listen I’m telling you we had to order that ?so This point I asked for my moms bp pills that were on auto refill she slammed the phone down walked over and talked with the pharmacist, then came back and said you never said she had more? lady I gave you her date of birth and ask for her medicine. They never treat the white customers like this they don’t have any blacks working there and I feel racially profiled. The boy that came to the window after the lady slam the phone down and walked away I asked for her name he said no put the phone on mute and turn to them and talked the customers on the inside was looking as well as the outside this was humiliating and overwhelming I will NOT shop with this pharmacy anymore but I will let others know how I was treated

I've never had a problem getting my scripts filled here. They are fast, efficient and friendly. They could stay open later but other than that I'm very satisfied using this pharmacy and I love the walk up option outside

If i could give zero stars i would this pharmacy chain is slowly going down hill everytime i go here it's a problem my prescriptions get lost the people who work there are so incoherent they never know what they're doing i would rather fill everything at Walmart it's sucks to have to switch everything over to another company but I'm doing what's best for my peace
