Let me start off by saying the is the first review i have ever written. Im not the type to conplain or anything like that but i am unable to not about this situation First thing is Update your store hours to reflect the time that you actually close. I went inside to be told they closed at 7:30. Google says 9pm as well as the signs on the door.I even called earlier today to make sure it was alright for me to bring it by tonight after I got out of the office. The girl inside was very rude and snappy. I just purchased an engagement ring and was bringing it to be sized and pur have a band for it as well as my band I live over 2 hours away. We won't be doing any more business with kay. Very disappointing. Seems like they were just worried about getting off the clock. But its alright I went across the street to Zales and they took care of me. They were so nice and professional. They definitely have my business from here on out.

Great experience. Had a gold necklace repairs. Estimate was provided. Quick service for repair. Called when necklace was ready to be picked up.

Terrible Customer Service!!! I went into Kay (Macon) on 7/28/2023 and there were three associates working. One was on the phone, and the other two were moving about the store and I didn't know if they were helping customers or what. Neither of the associates acknowledged me and/or said they would be with me shortly. When the one employee got off of the phone, I conveyed that I wasn't acknowledged and simply just wanted to make a payment, she then rebuttled defensively. At that point I told her I would go to the Warner Robins location and make my payment there. I will never visit Kay Macon again! I have spent lots of money there and refuse to go into a location and not be helped or acknowledged. The customer service is POOR and definitely needs employee training.

I bought a bracelet online from the website told me it would be here before Mother’s Day then I look at it again and it said end off may so I tried to cancel the order they told me you only can cancel the order within 60 minutes of the purchase so ok it came in before it said but I bought a anther from a different company I tried to return it to this store like it says online but the Manager refused to take it because I paid for it with my PayPal account and didn’t want to Full with me at all and she could care less about the issue I will not deal with Kay’s anymore online or this store

The employees at this store could all use some customer service training. Two days ago I stopped by just before their opening time at about 10:50- no problem. I sat outside of the store in their view (they appeared to be having a meeting before opening) and then went back at 11:01. The employees in the store looked at me like I had three heads and didn’t even lift a finger or do any kind of courtesy wave to let me know that they were even coming to open the door since the door should have been opening. Even businesses beside them were opening their doors before 11. I was there on time because I was expecting quick service as like many of us I had things to do after. No problem. I just left and. And back two days later when they’d been open. Not one of the two female employees in the store greeted me, said hello or I’ll be with you soon, or anything of that sort. I wrote off the first incident but this is clearly a pattern. I’d rather drive to a different location, no matter how far, than give this store a dime of my money.
