I been doing my taxes here for about six years now and the staff is very friendly I call them 8-9 times a day with different questions and every time they answer my question and say if you have any more questions please reach back out to us. I highly recommend them to anyone

They picked up the phone didn't say anything. And hung up in my face after I said hey how you doing very unsatisfied. And very very poor unprofessional service I highly recommend not going to joes.

Unprofessional, Lack of Service, and disorganized. Everything I ask where my state check at they it on the way or go to irs.gov. I know I don't own student loans so it shouldn't even take this long. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT going to this place to file your taxes. Especially BLACK PEOPLE that don't know what they doing.

When I was upset and worried about not receiving my tax return when expected because I moved to Louisiana from Georgia. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I can get my tax check in a timely manner. I highly recommend.
