“Stopped by to do some comparison shopping and to see what what kind of sale they had going on and I must admit that they have some beautiful selections to choose from like rings, bracelets, necklaces and his and hers watches and they carry a nice selection of gem stones and if you have a special design in mind for a piece of jewelry they can make it for you and they also repair jewelry for you and if you purchased jewelry from them you can exchange it for something else now I've never known of any store that allows you to do this after the refund policy has ended.”

“Caressa was kind and helpful. First, she marked my daughter's ears and let me check if they looked even. Then she let my daughter look in the mirror to make sure the placement was where we wanted. Next, she told my daughter what to expect to hear and feel, since this was her first piercing experience. She also explained the "free earrings for a year" promotion. “The five stars is just for Jada!!! I would like to personally say that working with Jada in the shoe department was an amazing experience. However, we did get to belk around 7:30 therefore only 30mins before they closed. My fiancé and I hurried and found what we needed and were going to every register just to be told that they had already closed them down and sent us to the shoe department to check out. Jada was so sweet and helpful however her coworkers where just sitting on there butts not doing anything, just telling us to go to Jada who was taking on the whole work load.”

“Today at Howard's they actually had the Holy Grail of revolvers, a Model 29 Smith & Wesson 44 Magnum. And along with it came the original wooden display box , a practical carrying case and it's cleaning tools. I'm happy to say that I bought it like there was no tomorrow. Truly a great experience and great store. It never disappoints.”
