Terrible service, it's just outrageous, very arrogant employees and more boorish communication with customers I have never met. The service is terrible, the territory of the service is dirty, the workers have garbage on the tables, and when they are in dialogue with customers, they chew gum. It is very repulsive that when you enter, there is a feeling of warm air, as if no one has ever put things in order inside. Very aggressive marketing, I didn't like it here, it's the worst service

Disgusting organization, came to select a car based on a recommendation from an advertisement, as a result I was shocked by the impudence, tactlessness and rudeness of the staff. Unfortunately, this was the worst service experience I have ever encountered at a dealership.
It all started with Cody trying to force additional services on me and in a rude manner, when I said that I was not interested, they offered me coffee and made it cold, at that point my patience snapped and I quietly left.
And that could have been the end of it, but these "professionals" kept calling me for the next 3 days and trying to set up a meeting, even though I made it clear that I no longer needed their services

This is a SCAM dealer. Stay away from them. Myself and 2 other people I know purchased vehicles from there. They swap parts out of the vehicle without telling you AFTER YOU'VE PAID FOR IT, they misrepresent their warranties, and after they've ripped you off they block your phone # from the dealership. STAY AWAY MAJOR FRAUD

If you’re in the market for a Subaru or you’ve found yourself interested in one listed at these locations do yourself a favor and look at other dealerships. I recently had interactions with a salesman here who was very rude, inappropriate, vulgar, disrespectful to myself and my wife, texting me as late as midnight, and extremely unprofessional. Needless to say this was brought to the attention of management where it fell on a deaf ears and resulted in a simple hand slap. This group cares more about the sale of a car than they do respecting customers and keeping the integrity of the name of the business. Nearby dealerships went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction was met. Shop elsewhere!!!

Had another great experience at Jackson Automotive Group in Macon, GA. Michael Lawrence was the outstanding salesperson who was there early and started helping me before sales hours started (I misread Saturday sales hours on their website and was there early). Very smooth process, which was to be expected since we had a great experience with the same dealership a couple of years ago. Michael was amazing to work with! We stopped in without an appointment to see a vehicle late in the afternoon. Never did I feel rushed, even though I knew it was close to closing. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and warranty. We had to wait a few days to purchase, and Michael stayed in contact without being pushy or "car salesman" like. When we were set, he had everything together upon our arrival to finish up the sale quickly and the vehicle ready to go. Plus, he is a heck of a nice guy. No doubt would recommend and purchase again in the future!!
