“I can’t say enough good things about Mike. He answers all my questions politely and efficiently. When we swapped to Mike as our agent I was ready to leave State Farm. When I first chose them as my insurance provider I had a great agent but she moved and the agent she put me with was horrible. He pressured us to schedule a meeting at our home despite the fact I kept saying I wasnt interested and then when we finally agreed he spent an hour trying to pressure us into life insurance, mostly ignoring me, the person who manages my family’s finances, and talked mostly to my husband like my opinion didn’t matter much. When he left I told my husband I was done with State Farm. Later that week though I agreed to give another agent a shot and I’m so glad I did. Mike has been nothing but accommodating. He explains everything in great detail and never forgets to wish us happy birthdays. He’s the best.”
