I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion on any work they recommend. They refused to redo brake work that was only 3 weeks old. There was a noise when braking only; however after 3 trips they said I needed another part replaced. They refused to consider that they were wrong and insisted I needed other repairs. I had to invest in correcting their work due to brake hardware not being changed and the pad was jammed into the hardware incorrectly. After fixing I NO LONGER hear that awful noise. After 5 years of going there I will not be returning.

Went this morning for routine maintenance on my QX60, the service was great and they washed it for me when done. I highly recommend them for service on your Infinity.

In the end, we didn’t end up buying a car here but I sure did want to because the customer service was top-notch. So easy to work with, and so hospitable. When we do buy a car, this is definitely where we’re coming.

Extremely unprofessional and dismissive dealer. I purchased a used truck from them for a fleet they received and the truck had a cracked windshield, 11 year old battery, and minor scratches around the body. I knew the truck was used so was ok with the scratches. However, they charged with a $999 inspection that did not catch the battery so I had to purchase a new battery just the week after. Also, they promised they would schedule me with a service repair shop to fix the cracked windshield. It has now been 2 months and I have called 10 times to speak with the manager, Stacey and every time I am told he will call back. I have yet to hear from him for them to follow through on the promised service. I have called repeatedly complaining about the lack of customer service and the complaints have been ignored. I do not recommend anybody to do business with this dealership.

This dealership is completely clueless. The entire time I was dealing with them I just kept getting the feeling that they have no idea how to sell a car. They are not responsive to questions or requests and instead just keep ignoring everything you ask them. I'm buying from a distance and they sent me a video (after I asked 3 times for one) that looked like it was shot by a 5 year old with an iPhone 4, with no commentary or pointing out of known issues, blemishes, etc. I felt like I had to teach them how to sell a car. They refuse to communicate over text. I'm busy, texting is easy. But they don't want to text, they want you on the phone or in the dealership so they can use the sales principles of persuasion on you. That stuff doesn't work on text, so they hate that. These people post pictures of dirty cars to be sold, they don't even bother detailing them first. It's no wonder the car I was looking at has been on the lot two months, they do not inspire confidence in a buyer. Beware buying a car here. I have bought over 100 cars in my life. I have purchased 10 cars in just the last 4 years. Trust me, I know a good dealership when I deal with one and a bad one too. This place is bad and incompetent.
Response to reply: I already gave your dealership two chances with the same results both times. Also, a lot of your positive reviews are so obviously written by your dealership. It's not just coincidence when they are straight up boosting credibility and social proof. Says a lot about your dealership to be cooking reviews.

Not the place to look at for a car. I had a planned date to take a look a couple vehicles but first wanted an appraisal on mine. They reached out to me a month early to when I wanted to go in encouraging me that “Profit Or Loss” they were doing the best deals possible for the end of the month. I went in as implied to take a early look at the vehicle and hopefully secure a new vehicle but when I arrived it was filthy, full of damage, not serviced , no one knowledgeable on the vehicles history just wanting to make a sale. And the salesmen called me all morning prior to make sure I would be there for no one to even expect me when I got there. My test drive had no gas in either vehicle and I still left without a fair deal and no sale. They reached out twice after we couldn’t secure a deal I replied both times hoping to work something out for them to reach out to me and then ghost me! Super unprofessional, keep your money and shop elsewhere!
