This is a wonderful place to find boxes, mail envelopes for mailing or shipping, and the prices are in my budget. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. And they have extras likes greeting, sympathy cards and more.

I love if it’s Paper!:) The staff is always so nice!:) I would love it if they stayed open a little later on Saturdays but I understand people have families:)) It’s a great gem to the Macon area:))

My wife and I had looked at 6 different stores for a certain item we needed and could not find it. If It's Paper had it and it seems they have lots of specialty items that other stores don't carry.

I like this place. They have a lot of cake containers and to go containers for meals. I go there mainly for those items, but they have much more than that, for sure.
The man that works there is a hit and miss. One day he wants to be friendly and the other days he just seems to be annoyed by so much. Other than that...this place is a gem.

The owner , tall guy that wears glasses . He does not like African Americans . He treats them very differently when they shop . There has been many visits where I have witnessed him telling Black customers “ what they need to do “ , following them around the store and a lot of rude offensive remarks . I know of many others who have STOPPED shopping there due to the owners behavior . The woman , Ms.Vickie however, is very sweet and helpful.

I walked all over the store and seen three different employees and not one spoke. I walked up to one of them she never said a word other than to the other employee. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

The guy working in the store was so rude. He seemed to be the owner\manager of the store. I work in customer service and I would never treat customers like this man did. I will never go back to this store. When I first walked in and tried to explain to him what I needed he cut me off and said “I don’t need to know all that.” He continued to make rude comments as I walked around the store looking for what I needed. He was scolding his employees in front of customers. I love supporting small businesses so I am not one to complain for no reason. I had a horrible experience and I hope they can get this sorted out so other customers don’t have to have this same experience.

The place to shop for upscale party plates, napkins, tissue, cards etc! Beautiful selection of Northern Lights tapirs. Don't miss the consignment room in the back which offers a great selection of 2nd hand treasures.

The male that waited on me yesterday was very rude from the time I walked in til the time I walked out. When I called back to complain, I found out that he was the owner. I had a heavy box of glass items, maybe about 8-10 items and he wouldn't even help me. He wouldn't let me use a Visa gift card, said that he didn't know how to ring it up. I tried to explain how, he said they don't accept them. I had to wrap my purchases in paper myself. Maybe someone needs to train him on how to ring up merchandise and Customer Service.
