“My room had a router in it which made the internet amazing, room 410. Breakfast was great. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Biggest issue I had is how close it was to the interstate but that's an advantage and a disadvantage. you can get in and out of there quickly but sometimes you hear interstate travel depending on which side of the building. So overall 4.5 starsNoteworthy details: Internet was amazing. So if you need internet for your business trip this is it. It costs you like seven extra dollars but it's worth it when you're working”
“Fantastic hotel. Staff was great and efficient. Checkin and valet was a breeze. Walkable to dinner and coffee in the morning. Had a nice night cap on the roof top bar. Rooms were spacious and updated. Beds were comfy and a coffee shop in the building for a morning cup was the cherry on top for our stay”
“We chose this hotel based on it being dog friendly with no dog size restrictions. We travel with two large dogs and it’s hard to find a hotel that allows them. Beth at this hotel was so friendly, kind and accommodating to us. She was an amazing asset to this hotel. Check in was easy and our room was ready, on the first floor and easy for us and our dogs. My only complaint would be the room just has a few bugs on the hvac system and a couple leaves on the carpet. Other than those small cleaning issues we really did love the hotel and location. We will definitely be staying here again while traveling.”

“My family and I stayed here for 3 days and it was awesome! The first leg of our trip we stayed at another one in Arkansas and we're slightly worried about how the Macon one would measure up because the room was small and not very well maintained. But this one was great! Arkansas was older carpet and not very well taken care of, the seam from the room to the bathroom was ripped back and exposing tack strips that we had to be careful not to rip our feet on, Macon was linoleum and well taken care of. AC in Arkansas was not on when we got there, and didn't pump out much AC when it Was on, Macon was ready for us and kept the room very nicely cooled. Arkansas had a broken deadbolt, whereas Macon's looked new and very secure. About the only good to bad that Arkansas had over Macon was water pressure, Arkansas had better. But Macon definitely should be the standard for BW across the board. Excellent staff, and the gentleman in the Macon dining area was beyond great! Terrence was very courteous, super friendly, even wanted to come to my wife's defense when a lady cut in line to make her waffle( which tasted good!) when my wife was making the kids stuff, and was more than willing to be the timer for the machine when the timer on it malfunctioned. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again when we come back through.
Rooms: Suite was roomy, layout flowed smoothly, beds firm but comfortable. Front desk was more than okay with my request to have a turndown done on our room.
Safety: Felt very safe, both because of the neighborhood but also because of the door completely locking and blinds being blackouts
Food & drinks: Continental breakfast was great, kinda wish there was coffee mate creamer but not the end of the world.”
“This motel knew the assignment and completed the mission well. Just a basic motel but they hit all the marks needed for the stay. My only complaint was they didn't have ketchup for my eggs at breakfast. It's hard to be perfect. I would absolutely stay here again”

“Service was wonderful the young lady was very helpful, friendly and professional. The beds and towels were clean. The roach infestation was mind blowing! We couldn't sit our food, cup, phone, nothing down without it being immediately swarmed! The roaches were even on the toilet! On the toilet seat, in the shower on the walls , tables, chairs everywhere!!”

“This is a well kept property. When I checked in, however; the automatic shades in my room were not operational. Initially I was told they had no maintenence on duty and they could not move me to another room. I escalated and spoke to Keontè. She was wonderful! She immediately moved me to another room. The remainder of my stay was good. THANKS Keontè!”

“I’ve been here multiple times . All the staff is friendly. Not one bug which is surprising for hotels in this area, air and heat is great. Very little noise, clean environment, clean room. Every room I’ve stayed in has had a clean microwave and refrigerator. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants as well. The water gets and stays very hot. Great experience I will return!”

“I'm economy minded . I have a budget I like to stick with when traveling . So I try to find good motels that are nice . And this is one of them . My last visit to Macon was at a super 8 .And it was bad . This Ramada was quiet with no people walking about. Good price that saves money . An ok breakfast . Cereal , waffles , fruit, and biscuits and gravey. The bed was great for my wife and me . Newer bathroom . Good TV . And the room was made up every day . But I did ask for that sevice. This place I would recommend . ?”
“If you are a family, couple, single, traveling for work or just looking for a getaway, this is definitely the hotel to book! It has spacious clean rooms with digital thermostats. The breakfast is hot and fresh! There is a fitness room as well as a guest laundry room. It has fast internet. It’s extremely close to various restaurants, shopping and other family businesses. The staff is amazing! They are friendly and go out of their way to give you remarkable service! I highly recommend booking this wonderful hotel!”

“It's a decent deal because of cheap price.(Probably suited only for those with moderate expectations).No bugs (I didn't go searching for them and they didn't come searching for me).Clean sheets.Clean bathroom (a light water drip).Decent A/c (not quiet but not disturbing either).Decent cable TV package.Has a small fridge and microwave.The decor and such is dated; and carpet a bit worn but so is the price...It worked out for me as a place to sleep for the night, take a warm shower and get back on the road.Tip:- Book online instead of calling, etc. It's a lean operation with staff multitasking.”
