They were both very friendly, had excellent customer service, were extremely knowledgeable with the sleep number products, and catered to exactly what I wanted. “I usually, about 80% of the time, look for & locate what I came for. Sales help is around however when you finally do get someone to assist you they are as lost as you are. Most of the sales help in the general areas are just for information & directions. There are a few that are real help. Most persons in specific areas ie appliances & construction supplies, are well informed.”
