Awful experience!!!!!! Customer service was very bad. The person that checked me out was so rude and treated me, a paying customer, very badly and acted as if she was too good. I also work in retail so I know how to things work and how you should treat customers. Do not shop here!!

Some of the staff is cold and dark. The black lady with the gray braids never ask if she can assist people and clearly doesn’t like her job. I love H and M, but the staff makes shopping at this location less desirable.

This morning I went to H&M basically spent time in the store trying on clothes before making a decision on purchasing them I noticed the sales lady basically watching me in the store apparently the black guy told her I’ve been in the store a while back and forth to the dressing room. He’s basically staring at me at the register but didnt say anything to me as I was i walking off I heard the sales lady say “We’re seemly good “ I say all this to say if you not know that some women like to try on their clothes before purchasing and if that bothers you to the point that you to have assume someone is stealing you do not necessarily need to be working for this store.. Be careful who you profile blk man ?

H&M is a go to for trendy yet inexpensive clothing for teens and up.They have great quality for the price point!They also give a discount for you when you bring in your old clothes to Upcycle. I love this program and usually bring a coat in the fall that someone has outgrown.
