Please be aware the hertz in Macon Georgia on Tom hill the guy their is over pricing for the vehicle to black peoples he tell you the rates online is not the rates of the vehicle and that they don’t have vehicle if you booked through the app to make you pay more for the vehicle if this happens to you contact corporate they will make sure you getting the correct rates I always go to this location I usually always see Erica which is always nice and helpful never have any issues with rentals just beware of this guy that presents himself as a assistant manager

I was a little concerned based on other reviews, but the rental process was quick and efficient for me. Call earlier in the day to confirm rental and pickup time. Great service on arrival and was on my way within minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would!
We got stranded near Macon due to car issues and tried to rent a car from here and the woman inside gave us nothing but trouble! She was rude and inconsiderate! I missed my aunt's passing because they would not rent a car to us to get us home! I will never go back to this business again!

I’m looking at these reviews and hoping I don’t end up leaving a bad review after I return the rental..; Visiting for a few days please don’t play with me Hertz. Based on my research, I think I’ll just walk in instead of taking the flashy/fancy member discount online. I would advise others to do the same if you have time, like buying a car, don’t buy a car online without ever seeing it type of thing.
