They don’t answer the phone, it’s 10 in the morning. EDIT: Also, apparently you can’t rent a vehicle when it’s raining ?? “Due to weather [it’s been raining since 10:15AM and it’s now 12:49PM] and to car washes being closed, they don’t have ANYthing available…”

As of late Hertz have been giving great rental prices especially if you’re a Gold Member. Along with the great prices The Customer Service is Outstanding. Raven is the BEST.. friendly, welcoming, gets you in & out with your rental.

Had a reservation to pick up a car at 5:00. Followed the directions to get to the place and there was no signs anywhere so had to ride around for a few minutes to find it. Got there and there was a sign on the door that said that office was closed and to go to the location down the street. Went to that office and the door was locked and lady said they were closed. I told her due to lack of signs and the other office being closed that we were late and had a reservation (This is now 5:16). She said they closed at 5:00 and had already shut down there system. They close at 5:00 but on their reservations you can make a reservation up to 5:30. How does that work!?! This was the most disrespectful, rude and unprofessional person and experience I have dealt with.

The staff at Tom Hill Sr. have always been super friendly, helpful, and proficient at their job. This is my go-to location for car rentals.

The staff member who helped us 5 minutes til close was very friendly. Service was quick. She even pulled the car up for us. The car was clean and smelled good. Thank you!!

Made a reservation online, ON THE HERTZ WEBSITE, and received two email confirmations. An hour before pick up a woman calls and states they are completely out of cars. This vehicle is to replace ours because of an accident, so I asked how can I get another car, and she told me she doesn't know what to tell me! Absolutely unprofessional and abominable customer service.
I will never rent from HERTZ again and will let others know the same. Eventually people will stop giving them a chance and those "lovely" employees can try and find work elsewhere.

Went all the way to the place to rent a car get there to pay they don't take chime bank cards right but then turn around and try to charge my car for a can't fee like really if you don't take chime to rent the cars how are you going to take my money off the same card for a cancelation fee boy I tell you will not recommend to anyone.

Wouldn't give this location a star!!This place needs to be closed down. They are not professional or on the same page. The guy who works there is not as bad as young lady who give false information!! Need to go to training class. The manager of the branch is useless!! Worse experience I've ever had ! Wouldn't recommend this location.

It is the worst service I have ever received. You call the number to resolve problems and the only thing they do is tell you to call the local office which is only open from Monday to Friday. The truth is, what a bad experience at costumer service.

I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE A STAR BUT SINCE I HAVE TO JUST TO TELL MY EXPERIENCE MY INSURANCE COMPANY MADE RESERVATION FOR MY CAR RENTAL AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY WHEN I GOT HERE AROUND 11 NOW IT'S ALMOST AFTER 5:30 AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE A RENTAL EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE 13 VEHICLES ON THE LOT SO WHAT WAS THE REAL ISSUE HUMMMM HUMMMMM HUMMMMMMS BUT I NOTICED EVERY SINGLE WHITE PERSON WAS TURNED AWAY JUST SAYING WHAT I NOTICED NOW I KNOW THAT THESE FOLKS ARE RACIST NOT TO MENTION HOW RUDE THE GIRL WAS THANKS FOR NOTHING AND THANKS FOR BEING A UGLY HUMANNO WONDER THEY HAVE A 2.7 STAR IT'S ALL HOW YOU TREAT ANOTHER ONE AND I WAS STILL NICE BECAUSE I KNOW ONE WHO DOESN'T LIKE UGLY OOOOOH AND LASTLY THE OFFICE WAS NASTY AND TRASHY OOOOOH AND NO RESTROOM BUT SHE WAS IN THE RESTROOM WHEN I TRIED TO USE IT BUT IT'S BROKE AND SHE STAYED ON HER CELL PHONE ALMOST THE ENTIRE TIME

Terrible service. This Hertz has an angry black woman behind the desk. Extremely rude and has an attitude. Went to enterprise and it was a wonderful experience. Stay away from this place.

Made a reservation in advance and paid in full, was denied service at the desk because I was using a Visa card that offered Paypal rewards; The associate insisted that it was an online bank card like Cash app or Venmo, however it wasn't. Their ignorance cost me the entire first day of my trip + my first night at my vacation rental. I let them know I was dropped off at their location and needed the vehicle that I had paid for in full. They told me I would have to rent a car from Enterprise miles down the road. I asked for a refund and they said I'd have to call the 1-800 number to request a refund. I called and found out that I had been charged twice for the reservation, and a refund wouldn't be issued until the end of my rental period; even though I was denied a car at all and double charged. I had to wait an entire week to be refunded, despite no services rendered. I wrote an email explaining the situation to customer service and they sent back a general reply proving they did not even take the time to read my complaint. Horrible car service, uneducated staff, will never use them again.
