Most of the sales help in the general areas are just for information & directions. There are a few that are real help. Most persons in specific areas ie appliances & construction supplies, are well informed.”

“This is the kind of hardware store you can go wander around in and get lost happily. The staff is great. ANY time I have been looking for some old, discontinued, unique or just random item I don't know the name of but I have the part it attaches too with me, they will treat me like a person. And you can guarantee they either have the part or will have it for me super faster than anyone else. They may be a tad bit more expensive but they balance that with experience and I am grateful.
