Paying over $200 a night we were expecting a very nice hotel. Sadly this was not that. The room was dirty. The breakfast was horrible- stale bagels, burnt and cold sausages, mealy gross eggs. The room smelled. There was hair in different places on the shower. Old mattresses, pillows, and linens. The room description said that it had a fridge and microwave. It should’ve said that it had a mini fridge. There was no room for anything in it. The sprinkler in the bathroom was popped out of the ceiling with dirty marks all around it. We couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent pet-friendly hotel if u are traveling with your dog. There is a nice spot to walk your dog out back.

We have stayed at this Hampton numerous times but this latest experience was not a good one. Bath towel was dirty - it looked like multiple blood stains but hotel said it was stained makeup. Disgusting any way you look at it, and not up to Hampton standards. Their solution was a partial discount - cleanliness and service apparently is not a priority here.

This hotel was amazing in every way! Super clean room, great staff from checki in to check out, superb hospitality, the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel, no joke, and top notch comfort with the beds, room temperature and control, and shower. Hampton Inn beats all other chains in my opinion. Choose no other!

The room we had (306) had a dirty bathroom floor, eye lashes on the desk and bed, and the room darkening shades were very dirty. See pics.
Safety: There was bright lighting in the parking lot. Overall this didn’t feel like a safe area.

Hotel needs an update. Carpet/welcome rug in halls and lobby needs cleaning also fingerprints were everywhere.

My mom booked this Hampton for me (she and dad joined me the next night) when I first moved to Macon so I could have a place to sleep before getting my things put in place in my new apartment the next day. She books it every single trip now. We love the big rooms with a king bed, lots of space, and a desk. I sleep on the pullout couch. The gym is pretty good, too. The staff here has always been fantastic! They care about you as a person. On the trip pictured, my mom came because I was having some procedures done at the hospital, and the front desk remembered and checked on me.

This hotel is outdated and in need of an update. The furniture in the room was old. The bathroom was not clean. The bathtub had soap scum buildup and shower curtain had mildew on it. The bathroom door is a barn door that does not close properly therefore there is zero privacy! Staff was very nice and helpful

Overall it was a comfy night stay. We always appreciate warm complimentary cookies. We were on second floor and relieved that it was quiet. We always request the top floor but have yet to get it at any Hampton Inn. We keep trying ?. The sleeper sofa was much better here than the last hotel. The overall vibe of the room isn’t as upscale as the Homewood in Paducah. Our weird electrical gremlin followed us here. This time the lamps kept dimming up and down by themselves in our room. Typical hotel breakfast… I did appreciate they had chocolate and caramel syrup I like to put in my coffee. And I like that they have sulfate free shampoo/soap at the Hilton hotels.
One request of Hilton… can you make it easier to get a receipt when we have prepaid? The hotel can’t give us a printed copy and the emailed ones don’t show a total. It’s annoying.
Noteworthy details: Outdoor pool was closed sadly. No jacuzzi. Fitness room had some variety but cable equipment wasn’t working.

I made a reservation for my daughter and granddaughter. Then I found out the pool would not be open. When I tried to get a refund, I was told I could not be guaranteed of a refund if I cancelled the reservation to find a hotel with an open pool. My daughter checked in about 9:00PM after driving all day, and at 1:00 AM someone in the workout room was making so much noise, she couldn't sleep, so they had to check out and leave about 2:00AM.

I stayed in room 134 and it had an odor. I would assume it was from the AC unit leaking prior to my stay. Room had a mildew smell.
