They have had my car 1 year, I paid them $10k up front and not only haven't they fixed it they don't bother to even call to say what the hold up is or anything.I get prioritizing auto insurance claims but auto insurance lets your choose where you take your car for repairs. If customers don't matter and ?doesn't matter...

Do not use this service; they hold cars for months and months without properly communicating through the process. How ridiculous would it be if your car was held for over a year and YOU had to beg for every update, calling in instead of being kept up to date on your repairs. You can find a better business to give your time and money to.

Avoid using this service, as they retain vehicles for extended periods without maintaining proper communication throughout the process. Imagine the frustration of having your car held for more than a year, and you're the one constantly seeking updates by calling them, rather than them keeping you informed about the progress of your repairs. There are better businesses out there where you can invest your time and money.

Please save yourself time and energy and find another shop! This place has no sense of urgency and does not communicate with their clients throughout the process. Their goal, it seems, is to take your money and not resolve your issue. My mother took her car for body work OVER A YEAR AGO. Paid the mechanic, Craig, 10K cash upfront for the work and STILL does not have her car back. Now they’re telling her it will be ready next Friday. Who’s to say they’re telling the truth this time?Oh ALSO Craig decided to take my Mom’s engine apart and told her there was “something wrong with it” - why would he do that?? He couldn’t even tell her what because that’s not within his scope so why take it apart? That is not his job and should’ve been something they asked permission for. Also who is to say he’s being honest about there being an issue? This could be another money grab since they seem to think my mom is made of money!There is no amount of backlog on parts to cause this much of a delay. To make it worse they weren’t even calling her with updates, her and my brother have had to call instead of them reaching out. My mother is very blessed to have had another vehicle to drive while waiting or else she would’ve been SOL. This is absolutely ridiculous. I implore you to please TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.They told my mom they have to prioritize cars brought in by the insurance company… I get that, I really do, but that does not mean your out-of-pocket customers don’t matter.The 5 star reviews must be from the previous owner.

It took over 3 months to finally get my car completely fixed. They would say it'll be done this week and when I call it's not done or they're still waiting on a part. They never called to update me on the status of how things were going, I always had to call them and when they said they'd call back they never did. Once the car was done I took it home and realized not everything was fixed and when I asked them, they apologized and said that the checklist that's supposed to be completed before releasing a vehicle wasn't done so had to take it back to them for another few weeks. At this time the finally would communicate with me about the status but I believe it was because they were tired of me harassing them about my car getting done. I will NEVER bother using them or refer them. I should've just been patient and went with the body shop a mechanic friend referred me to but only went with them because they said they could get to my car a lot sooner which didn't happen.
