So I bought a pair of cactus jack 4s, took them to my buddy who owns a very prestigious shoe store out of Duluth. Come to find out the shoes were fake and verified through two companies. They will not answer the phone so maybe the BBB will be aware of the situation. Looks as if further action needs to be taken since they cannot run a legitimate business. Paid 850 for the shoes for them to truly cost 70$ for FAKES! STAY AWAY just buy off another local dealer or stock X.

*lengthy but please read*This is a HORRIBLE place of business. I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with these people. Earlier this year my husband ordered several pairs of shoes from them and was promised he’d get them within the next week or so and weeks eventually turned into a month and then almost 2 months when they failed to even provide us with the tracking number we requested numerous of times since they had said they had ordered the shoes. Just kept making promises that were never upheld! When we requested our money back, we went through hell and high waters and was on the verge of seeking legal action because they kept stalling and being unresponsive on refunding us the money. After SEVERAL phone calls and texts back and forth and even going by the business they FINALLY refunded the money. It slipped my mind to write this review the first time after that. Here we are again. My husband is really big on trying to support black businesses so he decided to give them a second chance to make right their first mistake, in which they acknowledged and even promised him a pair of shoes on them with his order due to how poorly they conducted business the last time. My husband made the terrible decision to give them another chance and now it has been since July and he still doesn’t have the 3 pair of shoes he ordered and has yet to receive his money back after reaching out to them several times requesting his money back. They even went so far as to leaving my husband on read when he recently texted and direct messaged them on social media AND they blocked my husband after he commented on one of their recent posts asking for his money back. After my husband commented on one of their social media posts requesting a refund (because they previously left him on read without responding), one of them then DM’d him asking him not to do that (leave such comment on their post since they didn’t respond to his direct contact attempts). Then the guy told my husband to give him 30 minutes to send him his refund and hours has gone by and instead of refunding my husband’s money, they blocked him on social media instead. I have the screenshots of everything (because we realize now that we will have to pursue legal action at this point) I will come back and add to this review so you guys can see for yourselves. If you want to save yourself the hassle of not getting what you paid for AND not getting a refund when you request it and having to seek legal action to get your funds back, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. ****their offensive and unprofessional responses to these other poor reviews that have been left regarding others’ experience with them should tell you everything you need to know before you make a bad decision and spend your money here****

Nothing but professionals. I ordered some Royal Toe 1s from them, they never came but I was able to get my money back. Good prices and won’t tax like other stores.

I’ve been shopping with Sneakertwinz for over 8 years!! I can honestly say they go above and beyond. I’ve rarely ran into problems but if I do their customer service is through the roof!

Does not observe hours listed on door. Been twice and got in neither time. Just got looks from inside like I was wrong for pulling on the door during store hours. Terrible experiences after driving an hour to get to the shop both times.

Horrible experience and very unprofessional. If you aren’t a celebrity they don’t care. They play basketball and the employees are intoxicated on the clock. Black business gone wrong downtown Macon, one of the employees with rings back door a lot of shoes to his people too, so if I was the owner I’ll look at the inventory.
