I needed an air bag suspension part for my Volvo and stopped here to pick one up. They didn't have it in stock, but they put in effort above and beyond the norm to help me out. They found one at a local parts store and then had their guy go pick it up!! Then, they only charged me the wholesale price, without even charging for picking it up! Who does that?!?!! Amazing service! Highly recommended! Wow!! Jay

Please read the recent reviews. Stay far away from this place. My semi broke down and was towed to this shop and it has been the worst experience ever. I was told I needed a turbo first so i authorized the repair but shop was still not able to fix truck. I was told something else was wrong so I fixed that and now that has been repaired the truck is still not working and they want to charge $28k for a rebuild after they have charged me almost $17k for repairs and my truck is still not running! This shop is definitely not the shop to choose if you want your truck repaired correctly the first time. Don't take my word for it please follow up on BBB and you will see there are other complaints.

Short; To the point. Had gotten towed here almost 30 miles from where my wife and myself broke down in our 37 foot motorhome. After they diagnosed a bad starter, they ordered a new one and had us running again. I was told $215 from the installing mechanic. I was directed to service from the garage where I was told the charges were$560! We were not here folks for about an hour. So I go inside to settle up and I happened to be on the phone with my best friend in Florida we're going to visit when an elderly lady asks the secretary what is the problem. Secretary B rudely replied "this guy is trying to pay his bill ". Well paying almost $600 as a customer I feel warrants a certain amount of respect, not like I just waltzed in and asked if they had a restroom. So I responded that I "wasn't "that guy" and this is what my name is.Secretary B didn't like that and then proceeded to refuse both debit or credit cards because I wasn't "local". After politely debating with her I calmly got in my vehicle and proceeded to back off of the property, in the wind to Florida;since my money was unacceptable. I was flagged down and approached by a gentleman named Stanton who asked me to come back inside and try to resolve the issue. I conceded to his request and back inside showed secretary B all of my 7 credit cards plus bank debit card.Secretary B couldn't comprehend and again proceeded to put up some sort of misconstrued barriers , I nor Stanton could understand. I went out the door, climbing into my rig and proceeded to back out yet again. Now, poor Stanton is flagging me down again. We agreed one more time to try and get secretary B to accept payment for services rendered. Well secretary B tried again but this time her two brain cells switched positions and low and behold accepted my Visa debit bank card, griped at Stanton with whom I handed over my I.D. for photocopying and my debit card, that Stanton wasn't running the copier correctly and handed me a receipt and my property. So I proceeded before I left to explain to secretary B ,which by now I hope the B explained itself , that I had never been treated so disrespectfully as I had there and how secretary B was the most rudest, ill mannered, had the most unacceptable to a paying customer behavior in THE HISTORY OF BUSINESSES that I would make it my mission to not only hand out as many of their business cards as I could ,but to explain with it the rudimentary, ill mannered actions and unsatisfactory business practices to any human being as illiterate secretary B had practiced, and to not Grace their establishment with so much as a broken down septic leaking pumper truck so as not to sicken oneself with practically robbery at $185 labor charges and not even so much as the decency to address a paying customer by their given title. I will be towed to nearby, over a hundred miles away Alabama, if I'm ever caught broken down in Byron Georgia unfortunate having trip inconvenience.Stay away from these pirates NO! BANDITS of the highway just waiting for the unfortunate incidents of mechanical failures sadly being introduced to unapologetic secretary B and their unfair business practices.

Nice outfit. Seems to have some identity issues. Is it a dealer or an independent mom and pop. Doesn't really know. If you went into parts you would guess maybe dealer with the dress and all. Go in the shop based right away on appearance and then on knowledge you would think independent with the mechanics. Lots of good reviews here though. Check it out for yourself. Plenty of parking. No signage to let you know where to go when you drive in.
