Spent over 800 in this footlocker. The young man who helped me was super friendly. But the manager had the worst attitude ever. She was walking around slamming things, talking about an employee in front of customers and when I asked her several times for assistance she looked at me and rolled her eyes as if I was bothering her. It's a shame when younger employees have to apologize for and adults attitude. I am taking every last thing I purchased back and will spend my money with a business that has a manager that can at least say thank you when a customer breaks the bank. Won't go back there ever!

Very poor service. Trying to buy shoes for my two grandsons. While waiting for clerk to see if selected shoes were available, I looked up to see Clerk actually waiting on a customer who came in after us and tendering their transaction. Two other clerks were just standing as if waiting for customer(s) to come through the door. I had to beckon to one of them and ask if there was someone else to help us. Seems as though all clerks should make sure all customers in the store are adequately being accommodated. Next time I will go to Tanger Outlet!
