This service department is top notch in service! Rich is a gentleman who treats his customers with professionalism and kindness way beyond his duty. He has truly helped me with poor service from the Mazda dealership where I purchased my car in Charlotte NC. I have loved the Mazdas I have owned, but because of the shady dealings I have endured from Mazda of South Charlotte, I was ready to give up on my all-time favorite brand of automobile. Rich Cook has renewed my faith in the Mazda brand, and when I’m ready to buy my next Mazda, I will choose Five Star Mazda of Macon!

Robert and Don quite possibly saved my Uncles life. He basically destroyed his vehicle mechanically and thanks to Don and Robert he’s able to live another day! No seriously, they were honest and diligent and fixed everything wrong with his truck. They were constantly updating me on progress and any updates throughout process and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend

The staff was friendly and helpful. The waiting room was clean, and stocked with light snacks, cold & warm water options, and coffee. The checkout was smooth. What would make this a “5 Star” experience and differentiator, would be a more detailed inspection video, where I can see the results of the tests (I.e. alignment test screen, tire tread and pressure gauges, clean oil stick, etc.), versus someone telling me these things were done, which could’ve been related in person, verbally, much like any other service center.

My service was so good daddy UwU. Five Star made my vehicle feel like a brand new man. Had me floating on granola bars in drakkar noir.
