If you want an easy car buying experience work with John. He spent the time answering any lingering questions about the car I bought and even let me compare two different models on the test drive. Pricing as fair and there were no surprises. Rohan in the finance office provided the same level of service. They got me through the process quickly and efficiently. My reasoning for visiting was to find my daughter a vehicle ( first car) as soon as I was walking up Jasmine came straight to us. I was happy because her energy made me very comfortable. She showed me a different selections of cars but this one car I couldn't get it out of my head so I test drove it and immediately fell in love and I new this was the car for my daughter. Jasmine is a great salesman from start to finish. I did notice the car was pulling to the right so I asked if they could take care of that before I purchased the car. The next day I came to pick up the car jasmine was waiting outside with the car in the showroom and they even fixed the issue. Even though this is not my first purchase with Hyundai she made me feel like a VIP and I appreciate everything she did to make the process fun, she listened to my concerns just everything about the whole experience was great and my daughter LOVES her car

We have bought our last two cars from Five Star Hyundai of Macon and have always received excellent service. We worked with Amber Dennard for our most recent purchase and she was very attentive to our needs. I browsed the online inventory before coming in and told her what we were looking for. She provided exactly what we needed and was easy to work with. I will continue to purchase through them, they value your time and are always friendly. Highly recommend!

After hitting a deer we had our vehicle repaired at Five Star Macon. They did an excellent job. Shortly after we noticed one of our running lights wasn't working. Contacted Andrew and got on. He Contacted our insurance company and got them to cover a replacement light. He called us today and let us know it had come in. So grateful how he handled this. We x are well pleased. I apologize for the one star rating. It should have been five. I didn't even realize I was sending any stars. Doing this kind of thing is new to me. I just wanted to thank them for a job well done.

We were so impressed with Hyundai of Macon and their staff we went back and bought our second car. Amber is an amazing sales person and went above and beyond once again. When he found the one he wanted Amber had the car my husband chose delivered to their store the same day and we drove off. Everything went smoothly and we left happy. The entire staff is amazing.

Amber Dennard went above and beyond to take care of us. Keith and Elmer were also very instrumental in a long drawn process with the MFG. Also Alisha and Robert Land are great to work with in service.Here are caveats that are not the dealerships fault. Supply chain issues and what mfg says to do which in some cases is the run around (no brand is an exception). Don’t believe me google it. Post covid made everything slow. They did the best they could to help us.Only a month after ownership of our brand new car we got a door ding and Keith said bring it in and we’ll take care of it. He didn’t have to but we greatly appreciated it.

Having heard rousing testimonials and seen high online ratings for the Hyundai Macon, GA dealership, I approached them with expectations of a 5-star experience. However, my encounter was far from the pristine quality of service I had anticipated.To begin with, the reception upon my arrival was, quite frankly, lackluster. I was left to stand for an uncomfortable period of time in the showroom without any staff acknowledging my presence or directing me appropriately. In stark contrast to the warm welcomes that customers often rave about in their reviews, the overall ambiance seemed to lack an element of basic courtesy.My scheduled appointment, made weeks in advance, was apparently overlooked. My sales consultant, although affable in demeanor, seemed largely unprepared for our meeting. This lack of organization was not something I would have expected from a dealership of such high repute.Moreover, during my test drives, I found the vehicles to be poorly maintained. Notably, one vehicle demonstrated a glaring lack of essential maintenance, with noticeable wear on the tires and substandard brake performance. The lack of attention given to the vehicles in their care, unfortunately, shed a negative light on their touted commitment to quality.The discrepancies in the advertised and actual car prices were another source of disappointment. The dealership claimed to offer competitive pricing, but the reality on the ground was different. The price quoted did not include several undisclosed fees, making the cost significantly higher than the listed price. This lack of transparency on pricing, I feel, undermines the credibility and trustworthiness of the dealership.The most disheartening part of my experience, however, was the post-sales service. After purchasing my 2013 Ford Focus ST I encountered some minor issues which I reported immediately. Despite promising to look into the matter promptly, the dealership's response was sluggish and uncoordinated. The resolution process dragged out over several weeks, with inconsistent communication from their end. A dealership with a five-star rating, in my opinion, should be capable of addressing customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.Furthermore, I found the service department to be less than satisfactory. On a particular visit for regular maintenance, my car was returned with the same issues I had noted upon drop-off. The technician's lack of attention to detail and the subsequent need for additional visits was both time-consuming and frustrating.Lastly, it's disheartening to report the dealership's lack of response to my feedback. My attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction with the management were met with, at best, tepid acknowledgment. The lack of concrete steps towards resolving these issues is certainly a disappointing aspect of their customer service.In conclusion, my experience with the Hyundai Macon, GA dealership was dispiritingly below my expectations. Despite their high ratings and glowing reviews, I found their level of service and customer care far from the five-star standard they profess to uphold. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail has tarnished my overall perception of this dealership. While it pains me to write this, I find it necessary to share my experience for the benefit of future customers. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues, so no other customer experiences the disappointment I did.
