I recently had my car service at Five Star Hyundai, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The entire process was incredibly swift, allowing me to get back on the road in just a few hours. The staff and specially Joe were super friendly and knowledgeable, addressing all my concerns with professionalism and a smile. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of reliable and efficient car service. Five stars all around!

I find Joe professional yet personable, his present is the only reason i continue using this location. Before his was hired, my experience was so negative. Joe listens and make sure your service needs are completed.

Was very happy that the issue was covered under warranty. Communication could be improved, it didn’t seem to be noted why I was scheduled and the person on the phone didn’t have knowledge that it could just need an update. I had a stressful week worried I was going to be paying out of pocket $600-700, this very relieved that it only needed an update to fix the issue!

I took my car in for an oil change and later that same day my low oil light came on. There was no oil even touching the dipstick! We called the service depth and they sent a tow truck to pick up my car and they handled everything. I was pleased with how they responded to this problem.

Hands down the absolute best dealership I’ve ever been to!! The service department was more than accommodating -super friendly and courteous!! I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes to deal with this dealership and their team ANY time I need anything for my 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz!!

I had a very pleasant experience at Five Star Hyundai of Macon. I received great customer service from Noah (from start to finish). Alicia was very nice. Even the shuttle driver was friendly. Nonetheless, they were all quite professional. Not only did I get the service I requested for my car; I also appreciate that my car was already washed and vacuumed when I returned to picked it. Thanks again guys! ... excellent customer service!!!

Dropped off my vehicle and waited while it was serviced. They changed the oil and rotated the tires and I was outta there quickly! They did a great job!
