I took my care here for repairs on recommendation. My friend spoke very highly of staff and service. She was absolutely right! Updates were provided every Tuesday and Thusday as promised. My gosh! My car looks better than the day I bought it! Front office - exemplary customer service! Thank you!

I had Five Star Collision Center - Macon GA repair my truck after a collision and they did an excellent job. They contacted me weekly or as soon as an event change pertaining to the work performed. Five Star Collision Center was quick to answer any questions I had with superb customer service!!Would definitely recommend!

The staff at 5-Star Wimbush is beyond outstanding and they kept me well informed throughout the entire repair. We took our car in on 10/11/23. We were told that they’d have an updated estimate by Friday 10/13/23. The estimate was submitted by 10/13/23 and we were updated that the repairs would be completed by 10/27/23. Communication from Chelsea at first seemed consistent, on 10/17 it was communicated that our car was in parts, on 10/26 it was communicated that our car was in paint, I asked would it be ready soon because our 30 day rental window was narrowing down and was told that it should be ready no later that 2-3 more days. On November 8th it was communicated that our car is in reassembly. It is now November 10th and we don’t have our car or a rental. It’s caused a major inconvenience in our work schedules and the communication from them has not been consistent with the reality of the estimated completed repairs.

Customer service friendly but after picking up vehicle the next day my check engine light was back on so the problem was not fixed...have made 2 calls about the problem...waiting to hear back from the service department regarding returning my vehicle...I live in Columbus Ga so having to drive a little over a 100 miles for service can be very expensive. So right now I can only hive 2 stars...hopefully the 2 stars will turn into 5 stars depending on. How my situation is handled.

Took my Hyundai in to get the hood repaired, because I was self pay they quoted me a price of $4500 to replace it. I then went to my insurance company for an estimate. They told me to repair it would cost app $950, to complete replace the hood (with new parts) and paint it would be app $2500 on the outside.

Had them give me an estimate for repairing some minor damage(charged $50 for the estimate), all ok & made an appointment for the repair. Two days prior to the appt, I called to be sure all the parts came in & per Allison I had to pay upfront the entire estimate, including labor, before they would even order the parts. Obviously this was not told to me the day I received the estimate & made the appt. And obviously I did not have the work done there.
