Our Jeep Gladiator developed corrosion on the hood and it was repaired under warranty by Five Star Collision in Macon. During the process the Manager, Andrew Durr informed me of a problem that developed with the paint and insisted on correcting it before the Jeep left the shop. Andrew made all the arrangements to repaint the hood and the Jeep was ready the next day as promised. Andrew and his crew went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right to our complete satisfaction and even provided transportation while the Jeep was in the shop. The entire experience was quite refreshing in that everyone was polite, knowledgeable, professional and above all honest. I certainly would not hesitate to use Five Star Collision again. Thank you to Andrew, Allison, Heather, Riley and the rest of the crew at Five Star Collision in Macon.

Great Customer Services from the receptionist and manager. Everyone was so nice. I had to have surgery, they were NICE enough to keep my car until my daughter pick it up.
I will recommend Five Star Collision if l know of anyone who need help with car repair.

I recently had body work done at Five Star Collision. They were excellent from customer service to quality of work. I was kept informed constantly of the status of the repairs. And the work quality was great. You cannot even tell where the work was done. I had a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend them!

I couldn’t recommend 5 star and manager Andrew Durr enough! He kept us informed throughout the process, helped with rental car drop off, and had my car finished in less than a week! They made a stressful situation go more smoothly than I could have imagined.

My car needed a repair and I took it here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a body center give me consistent updates on the repair process. Will definitely choose them again.
